Algodoo crashable car tutorial

- the video features everything from getting the images to refining the crashes. took 2 years and 2 computers to make this video, i had to type in a script in algodoo Kilinich told me (legacyMode=0 on the hinges). I thought this was something complex so i halted the making of the video. But it's really something easy to do.
This is the way i built cars up until mid 2012. These cars can still get good deformation if you just refine them enough, they are very easy to build for me and i bet other people can too
I was looking for months for crashable car.
I tried to make it but the car flew away after adding brakes.thank you for showing that too.

Thanks for the tutorial! I was also able to make a Nissan Pathfinder, but unlike the tutorial, the doors break off and bend. I made him a salon and put my ragdoll in the car
to everybody saying the video is ''too fast'' and you ''can't keep up'', the recording of me building the car is obviously sped up. play it in 0.25 if you think it's too fast. also, you have to have some experience of the program before you start to build things like this.

i made legacymode 0 but it anyways flies.

you're going too fast, i cant follow any of the steps
US uses this program in maintenance their F16 for sure. They patch their F16 skin body in strengthen up from those fatigue.

isnt there anything more simple then going with polygons? I find it real hard
My other polygons started wiggling but how do i fix that? i set no self collision

So , hinges refer to spot welding on any parts.

Why my car keeps bouncing itself in the air?
Because you have to set legacy mode 0

same, and one morr thing i got is car all glued in 1 piece and i cant "un glue" it.

Found it by itself and already finished 1st project. Now i got 10 of them finished, all crashable. ex:

etc..
and im applying an acc these days, and i got nothing yet. i wanna share some of my projects.
Have you ever tried to make an articulated bus? cuz i am and all works fine. Not that hard..

This video is old but... How do you make the polygon and brush tool draw straight lines? Cause im having trouble when drawing straight lines with the brush and the polygon tool im new to algadoo btw
hold shift while making the line, release it and hold the mouse still then hold shift again to make the next line.
