Option C can also be used as it says 3 brothers and to sisters and B's gender is already known (from the question) and so F and G become brothers as per the option, it's in the question that 2 sisters, so obviously B and E become daughters
And
From the question itself that 2 brothers and 3 sisters which also gives us the sum 5 ch8ldand hence no statements are required to state how many children (They have not asked for the gender) so Option E can also be the answer 🤔
