some rules clarification: only the bomb upgrade makes the modes easier (spots you shots). The engine is more time, and the speakers is more score. The UFO captive ball is what earns you the action button.
The reason Roswell seemed quicker to complete is because the orange shot in Roswell counts as 2 hits, where as in Seattle each shot (except the side loop) counts as 1 because there are more shots available, each mode has its own progression rules

Foo fighters is a fun pin, Top 20 pin. Good review, those plastics on the ramp do break but I seen them last 10+ years. I have 4 pins.

I own the Premium and am so glad someone took the time to explain how to complete each city. I love that you took the glass off and actually showed what you need to do. This is my first pinball machine so it was very helpful video and glad to hear not a lot of issues you experienced is very comforting. So far after 2 weeks I have had occosianly two balls get ejected but the place I purchased from will fix under warranty. Also had issue with connecting to Wifi but Stern helped me do a factory reset as the wireless reset didnt resolve. I am loving playing this game and can't wait to get much better at it!

sounds like your mind’s already set on Rush but I’ll give it my best …
It won game of the year because of the super deep and engaging rules with unique wizard modes (tell your customers about holding both flippers and choose “flipper challenge”, they’ll be in for a treat!), and a super flowy layout once you get the shots dialed in. Best upper flipper in all of pinball, it can hit three distinct shots and they all feel great.
For a newbie / casual it can be a bit off putting due to the theme (compared to the themes of the games around it), the tighter shots, and the slightly more obscure rules. These things do not make it a bad game and certainly not the worst game in your lineup *cough Munsters*

Thanks, Rayday. The Rush code is outstanding and the shots feel great. Another thing my son loves to do on Rush is collect albums and then rip that jackpot shot. I love my Rush.

I agree on Rush but it may also be a regional thing on why they get the least amount of plays in Texas. Theme in my opinion means everything at first approach. I grew up on the border of Canada so Rush was huge in my area.

This has been the best explanation video I've seen thus far on explaining what to do in the game. I watch gameplay videos where they try to play and explain and it's so confusing. Your method with the glass off and walking through the shots and explaining the different parts of the board really helped me understand what the hell was going on. I was done with Foo Fighters pinball because I couldn't figure it out, now I can't wait to go try it again. Please do more videos like this with other pinball games.

Love the way you handle your videos from an operator point of view. Glass on or off, you did a great job in describing the shots and how to play the game. I love pinball as well and own several machines, but here lately I notice Stern to REALLY strip down their machines down to nothing on the pro versions. Seriously, on games like Foo Fighter, Godzilla, or Jurassic Park, would it really kill Stern to add on at least one toy from the other versions. Why couldn't they leave the Big UFO creature on Foo, at least the collapsing building on GZ and the moving T-rex on JP? Those big toys is what would help draw the player to the pin as far as an operator should look at it like. Anyway, glad I found your channel and just subscribed. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos and your point of view on them.

I feel like Jack had something to do with the metal ramps on the pro. So much better. I don't care for many pros other than Ghostbusters but I really enjoyed the Foo Fighters Pro Pin as well. Jack and the team crushed it.

Great video. I disagree with some the rankings of your machine, but you are clear that you are rating based upon the viewpoint of an operator. It's interesting to consider the rankings from that point of view.

Curious to hear more of your thoughts on Deadpool and it’s design. Getting one for my home game room and would like to know what to look out for

I've had the pro for about 3 weeks now, love it! Only issue is the spinner came out a few times which was an easy fix (bending the bracket) but... now the spinner keeps counting and won't stop at times even when not in motion. Not sure if I should just reach out to Stern about this. Having an awesome time though!

There should be a microswitch with an arm by that spinner. Maybe the microswitch is stuck in the on position.

@@arcade92retroarcade Hey thanks for the reply! I've fiddled with it a little but don't know much about the mech, I'll give it a another shot! It's like it's too sensitive at times I guess. Thanks again!

Have you played premium? Wondering your thoughts comparing premium to a pro FF.

Yes I played it at TPF. it is great and while the upper playfield is very small it does add another dimension to the game. No pun intended. While I wouldnt say it’s a significant upgrade I would say that If you are accustomed to premiums or limited editions then you’ll likely find the pro basic. If not then I’d say you’ll love the pro.

I own the Premium, the upper playfield can get wild with hitting the circular shot over and over, which is extremely gratifying, additionally the deadpost on the right outlane is very fun to hit! I have played both, and I own the Premium because I like the full vision of what was intended.
