- Hi everyone~ Thanks for watching my video! Just a side note here, the expenses are for 2 person and it is (I think) slightly higher than the average expense for a person living in Kuala Lumpur due to my rent and also electric bill. If you plan to move to Kuala Lumpur, you can definitely find some other more affordable and better options ;)
I will be uploading more vlogs weekly to document the little things in life✨
Feel free to drop any suggestions or feedbacks in the comment section below, and don't forget to like and subscribe! ;)
Have a great day and stay safe! 🤍

Agree.
I just discovered your vlogs and your cat is veryyy cuteee 😍
thank youuu!! missie agrees that she’s very cute too🤣🤣🫶🏻
Wow, that's a lot IMO. I need to earn a whole 5 digits salary in order to live like that and my salary is far from that. But since this is for 2 person I think it's fair. Coz both of you are also contributing into the expenses
Yes it is alot for one person. Honestly, if we didnt rent this 3k unit, it would save alot of money for us too. But our work is based at home and renting another studio/workspace is not feasible too. There are actually alot of other affordable options in KL if you live alone :)
thanks for sharing, it does really helped my decision whether sufficient to move to KL city area
no problem! glad it helped :)
What the nearest public transport station at that location? I will move to Malaysia for work soon. Still survey place that convince.
the nearest public transport would be the LRT Ampang station, which is 10 minutes away by car
farming airdrop as a service?
can u make a video tutorial about how you record your monthly expenses using your notion app.!?
I'll think about it! thanks for the suggestion✨
How did you get the cat in, it's forbidden?
No, its not forbidden, it is a residential condo. Owners sometimes walk their pets around the condo common area
Okay, is this M cite, if it's come on, I hope you can visualise everything in the residence from the stores, everything literally?
Which part of Kuala lumpur is your Apartment? Thank you.
its at Ampang, around 15 mins drive to KLCC :)

Is it a good neighborhood? Thanks.
I think it depends, the floor I live in is fine, mostly families, but i heard from other residences that some floors are very noisy due to the airbnbs. But overall is still fine :)
💪💪💪
👍👍👍
What is this place called that you rent in? We are moving to KL in June and would love to rent a duplex unit like yours. Please tell me the name of the building
The name of the building is available on the video title and in the video😊
Nice
what both of you average salary and how you manage with it 😢 so expensive living there , maybe 😊
and how abt your saving ? ❤sorry for asking cause i need some refer
Do note that the total spendings shown are for 2 person, we each contributed to our spendings as we live together. Its not exactly expensive living here, our spendings seem alot due to our rent and our electric bill is considered quite high, but if you remove those two, it's not really that much as we don't shop alot and eat fine dining everyday. You still can find units with rent between RM1k - 2k in KL. We also don't have any commitments for now except for insurance.
We maintain our monthly spending below 40% of our income, the rest goes into our savings for emergencies. Our jobs are not steady paycheck, but we do our best every day to make sure that we can maintain our current lifestyle because it's really comfortable for us. I'm sorry for not sharing the exact number because I'm not very comfortable with it😅I think as long as you're happy with where you are, it shouldn't be hard to maintain :)
btw, ur videos are nice.
tysm! 😊
That is a super condominium!
How much the apartment please thanks
My unit is RM3k per month, excluding electric and water bill, fully furnished, around 1300sqft
@@koheeaddict say on dollar please
