Look at the humility in Pastor Mrs. Abioye; she was even arranging the rug on the altar before and after the prayer, so humble, just like Bishop Abioye. God bless Bishop Abioye and Pastor Mrs. Abioye and their household. The presence of God will never depart from them in Jesus' name. Amen.
Retire to what? To start his own ministry at this time? To take a back seat in this ministry? Who is the general of God that retired at this age? Has Bishop Oyedepo retired? Or is he younger than Bishop Abioye? Something is amiss. God is a rewarder. May God reward both of you abundantly.
It's not really retirement in the actual sense of the word....there are certain things that can't be done as much, as one ages; even the physical body will let you know that. There is a particular ministry I know that makes annual vacation compulsory for ministers. Even Christ Jesus sometimes withdrew from the crowd to a solitary place. As a minister of God, you don't have to work till you drop. It's not God-glorifying when a preaching minister slumps at the altar and dies. God has given us wisdom to know when to work, rest, eat right, exercise, take needed breaks etc. There is a time for everything....it's scriptural.
I hope you all know that God is not among them, and this is not Christianity, following men , glorifying men, calling them spiritual father, receiving honor from another. They don't know Jesus! They know themselves and speaks of themselves, glorifying themselves, praying prayer that sound good in the ears of men, but God is not listening to them where is the proof that God is with them other than words without evidence that anyone can do especially false prophets or blind guides.

Is there retirement in the house of God?
Retirement in the sense of what they are doing can be referred to as "Send Forth" just as Jesus did to his disciples.
Cheers 🎉🎉🎉
