December 14th!
A very proud dad moment tonight. I took Mercer to the store because it's his birthday tomorrow and I told him he can get whatever he wants. He surprised me and instead of getting himself something he chose to get his mom some flowers. One of those wholesome moments you get lucky to capture, thank you Mercer!
Busy day all the way around, we attempted to do our weekly leadership meeting and the team is currently stretched thin. We need to add people to our team to help those that are currently on more than one seat.
