This is true. pakistan violated standstill agreements in both Baloch and Kashmir.
Kashmir’s proximity to India helped prevent complete occupation.
Kashmir was merged in India. God willing PoK soon will follow that path.

The significant of balochistan as an independent state was low in DULLES DOCTRINE.
At that time, an independent Balochistan was not needed & acceptable at the gateway of south east Asia to combat socialism 😮😮
That's why balochistan was occupied.
Even the separation of east Pakistan, Bangladesh, was decided b4 1947. A British-India royal army man, later major general of Bangladesh army has written a book on it.

Tahir Gora is a biased person, appears to have sustained mental and physical torture in his childhood, so called Bloch leader the guest, didn't belongs to Pakistan either he is from Iran or launched by anti-Pakistan neighbor, he is not completely aware of ground realities, though Baloch in Balochistan are desperately struggling for maximum autonomy but strong existence/ presence of Pashtoons in Balochistan and division amongst different Baloch based on language and cast is main hurdl. Above all, independent Balochistan shall never be economically viable, I believe that Baloch separatists are aware of the facts. I analyze that people's of Balochistan and establishment are in a dispute of distribution of illegal money generated at borders. The scattered population of Baloch in small pockets can not change their destiny. Since Pakistan is entrapped economically, an agreement on the terms of Baloch may normalize the situation.
