- Almost exactly one year ago, we took baby Cheeto through drive thrus (see that video here: • Taking my baby raccoon... . We wanted to remake that video now that Cheeto is older to see how much he has changed. Cheeto is so much bigger!

This raccoon has A LOT of energy. This would not be a pet for just anyone. They are so cute though.
He’s still young. After a few years he will settle down. More so if he gets neutered

Unlikely. Clearly he had no attachment whatsoever to his human and was so desperate for freedom that he chewed through a board to get out. This channel has convinced me that raccoons are ridiculous as pets.
The channel didn't convince you to think that, you had to have already had that thought in mind. Tito didn't escape because he was "desperate for freedom". He loved the care and attention he was given, and he will probably eventually return {if he's alive, although I hate to say it like that} because of that. It's harder for wild animals because of predation, disease, and having to constantly search for food, if Tito's smart {like raccoons already are} he will return.
@@djrubylion5731 If he loved it so much, why did he leave in the first place? It took quite a bit of effort to get out. Clearly he was motivated.
