  • This RC airplane is an upgraded version of the Flyzone Eraze flying wing. Very easy to fly in beginner's stabilized mode, yet can do advanced stunts in gyro, or full manual mode. Find it here on Amazon RTF version: amzn.to/3LfVsmg , Amazon PNP version (without receiver or transmitter): amzn.to/4ePUbQn , or Aliexpress (Has both RTF and PNP. Make sure to double check available selections before purchasing) s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Deb...
DON'T THROW AWAY ITS BOX. It makes a great storage/transport container for the plane.
    - Same airframe as the Eraze, but with 2024 upgraded and added features
    - 460mm wingspan flying wing
    - Weighs only 179 grams with battery (FAA registration or remote ID (RID) is NOT required)
    - Constructed of crash resistant EPP foam
    - Three Channel control (throttle, with combined elevator and aileron control (Elevons))
    - Elevons are controlled by two independent belly mounted servos protected by landing skids.
    - Has magnetic snap-on vertical stabilizer, but with no rudder control. Very easy installation and removal.
    - Includes winglets for reducing wingtip vortices (Reduces drag, and improves efficiency)
    - Gemfan 7052 Propeller easily installed and held in place by flexible O-ring (protects prop in a crash)
    - Powered by 2204 1600 kV brushless motor
    - Provided 2S 800mah battery provides approximately 11 minutes flight time. Residual voltage was 7.63V after flight.
    - Removable snap on canopy held in place by magnets
    - Both RTF and PNP versions include BYME-DB flight control board with 6 Axis gyro and accelerometer stabilization. Includes three remote selectable flight modes. Fully Stabilized (angle restrictions and auto-leveling), Gyro Stabilized (wind gusts stab, but no angle restrictions, and no auto-leveling), and Full Manual (like ERAZE).
    - RTF version includes R8XM long range micro FHSS receiver is compatible with Radiolink T8FB and T8S Transmitters (or Multi Protocol Radiolink Air protocol). Receiver includes many capabilities, but most applicable for the 480 are telemetry of RSSI and LVC warnings.
    - RTF version includes T8S 2 KM Transmitter. Control parameters can be modified using computer (USB), or Radiolink "Assistant" phone Bluetooth app. Transmitter also includes telemetry (beeps) for RSSI and LVC warnings

"I keep trying to apply rudder to it." Welcome to the Club Old Fellah! We are always doing that when switching from planes to wings! 😖😂😂
As to setting up any of these toys with the flight controller/stabilizer you just treat it as a normal 4-ch plane on the transmitter. The Byme-D/DB stab does all the elevon mixing. Note that you MUST have a "Rudder" output from the transmitter to the receiver's S-bus/PPM serial stream to be able to do the Initial "Level Calibration"!
There's no reason not to use your Jumper T-lite for this as the Radiolink Air protocol is supported. This little toy is very well engineered but (like all Radiolink planes) is just too expensive for its market. Most folks would just get some foam, cut out their own frames and add the stab and/or receiver which are quite good value for money. Of course the controls are limited by the plug-and-play nature with no adjustments possible except via servo geometry and for just a few bucks more you can get the highly configurable Lefei Sparrow series stabs but, at their current pricing, they are well worth it for cheap self-builds. 😉😊

This reminds me of a paper airplane book I used to have in the late 80s.

I know. I talk about it in detail in the video. It has now been 2024 upgraded with a flight control board with 6G stabilization (ERAZE had no stabilization), improved long range micro receiver, included RTF transmitter, a 15 amp 3S capable ESC, and a higher powered motor.
