I believe this varies depending on income source (jobs, scholarships and help from families). however maybe focus on 1/2 years fee at a time. sometimes you might not need the full tuition fee for the academic year (depending on the uni), you can arrange to pay in monthly/termly instalments. hope that helps.
Hiya, thanks for the video! I'm hoping to do Graduate Entry but I'm unsure how they assess my eligibility for partially paid tuition fees in first year if it's not mean tested? What would make me eligible for this? My parents can't afford to help me out financially so I'm kinda relying on SFE to pay part of the tuition fee loan. Any guidance please? Thank you.
Im currently trying to apply on ucas for grad med courses, on ucas do i have to mention my a levels or gcse in the education section? Or just put degree as on the entry requirements websites for the med schools i want to apply for they dont consider a levels ect? What should i do?
It really depends on what they're after. If the entry requirements says don't really care about GCSE or A levels then ignore it so don't put it in but if they do then do so. My guess is the reason they don't ask about GCSE or A levels is because they take work experience into consideration. So if I was you looking to apply to uni who doesn't ask for GCSE or A levels, then I would get a lot of experience, ace the medical entry test and do really well in the interview. That will make you stand out. Hope this helps.
Hi I'm interested in doing medicine. How can I prepare for entrance exams like gamsat ukcat etc. How can I do that. I want a persons point of view not what the internet says. If you know what I mean. How long did it take for you to revise for it.... Thanks....

Would you recommend having a part time job during med school?
And what's the maximum amount of hours you'd recommend someone in med school to do
yes definitely, but try keep it to one day a week.
