Knutsford Express - Montego Bay Airport to Ocho Rios Trip Report

I and my mom took Knutsford Express on February 26, 2019 from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. I had been riding their buses before. The coaches they drive is from King Long which is a Chinese company. They are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, headphone jack for radio, and power outlets. This bus is a 1:10PM heading eastbound and it stops only at Falmouth along the way and then heads to Ocho Rios. It will terminate at Kingston New Terminal and it goes through Edward Sega Highway which is newly built.
Our ride was nice and got to Ocho Rios on time.

Knutsford doesn't go to Lucea.

Great video. How safe did you feel on the bus? Ive been to Jamaica many times but there is a spike of violence right now in Mobay and I've only used private taxis. We'll be going roundtrip from Mobay to Ochi for a day trip on Knutsford.
I feel safe and haven't experienced anything bad. I don't take Knutsford all the time since I'm from the USA.
What's the name of the Ocho Rios station where you arrived? Google doesn't give a name that matches names on the Knutsford website
It moved to a new station in St. Ann's Bay.

Some buses have plugs that could be found on the wall besides the seat.

@NURSEMONY If you walk from customs, use the doors straight from there and the walk should be a few minutes as you would have to go around the other buses. The office is just there from the airport.
How early did you have to book it?
I didn't book any trip on Kuntsford Express but we usually do it one or few days in advance. However the website should tell you that 6 months your ticket is good. This one we went to the booth and as I just came from my flight.
How do yiu get to the office from the airport
When you get out from customs, you would exit where you would see other buses but Knutsford parks behind their office. The Knutsford Express office should be there behind those other buses park. We did got a porter to transport the luggage to the office from the airport.
Did you book in advance or booked it on arrival? I’m planning to use them next week but the website is saying no seats available not sure if that’s correct or not
On arrival, not sure because I didn't book this ride.
Am thinking of doing the very same thing
