No this is not the weakest era in boxing at all. The 1980s and the 2000s were far worse in terms of competitive fights. The only reasons the 80s heavyweight division is talked about is because of a young Mike Tyson and how he blasted his way through the division. The 2000s were terrible as it was dominated by the Klitschko's who had a really efficient but rather boring style and to make matters worse, it came after arguably the greatest era in Boxing the 1990s. To call this particular era the 'weakest' because a freakishly strong heavyweight from another sport did well against a poorly prepared Tyson Fury, is very naive in my opinion.
How is it ppl forgot AJ can absolutely crack? Their team should be watching the UFC 220 title fight with Stipe when he put a striking clinic on Francis in one of the widest victories on the cards in the divisions history with a unanimous 50-44. Francis is super hittable and can be grinded down…. But gd if you slip up… good night. I love this new cagey AJ - a fantastic blend of his technical prowess while not abandoning carnage. Just maturely waiting to detonate. Any other time honestly Francis might have gotten him. But ironically how AJ’s career unfolded, this won’t be the banana skin it was for Tyson which was equally the best time to catch him slipping. A very game Francis comes out the other side of this a richer, even more respected fighter though that’s for sure.
AJ's team would be ignorant to rely too heavily on that first Stipe fight given the domination that happened in the 2nd. Ngannou learns fast: language, skills etc Ngannou is hittable but so is AJ, difference is Ngannou has better chin & KO power. I'm Nigerian but I think it's anybody's fight. I'd favour Ngannou for the upset.
It's also worth mentioning that Ngannou's fight after losing to Stipe was the worst fight in UFC history, with the least amount of punches thrown. So there is a possibility that as soon as AJ lands something big, Ngannou will go into survival mode for the remainder of the fight.
Do you know how long ago this was? Francis is way more technical now. Also he wasn’t taking Stipe serious in his first fight against him. He overlooked him. Also stipe won due to his wrestling, which is no t s factor in an MMA fight. And Stipe still couldn’t hurt Francis, even though he has KO power. I think Francis will break AJ and KO him
I have this serious inkling that this is the perfect fight for Ngannou, no disrespect to Joshua but for Ngannou to fight Fury first is very telling in the outcome of this fight with Joshua... something tells me an upset is most definitely on the cards.
Power not the same in a boxing glove ... Francis won't keep up with Joshua's pace and athletism. Both gentlemen and a credit to their sports. Good luck to both of them.
When aj handedly beat ngannu. Fury will be completely questioned especially about his resume. Parker just ran through wilder better than fury did. I got ruiz over wilder.
It went the way it was supposed to go. A boxing novice (despite his impressive MMA achievements) against one of the worlds best boxers. AJ could have killed him. It would have been bad for boxing if AJ had lost though!
I want Ngannou to get a W, but if AJ dispatches him like he should, holding 2 L's will knock his market value down quite a lot. He should've won against Fury, but hopefully he gets a rematch for that then runs through the rest of the division for fun 😅
AJ will win. There won't be a rematch with Fury unless it's after fury retires or some bs. His boxing was basic, Fury looks better than that in sparring usually, Ngannou is gunna get stopped (probably still on his feet) by most top 10 boxers....you know as long as they aren't putting on a panto for Xmas.
@@jupitermoongauge4055yes you are right. Francis is no big George. He’s just taller, longer arms, stronger and outweighs the biggest version of George Foreman by 25 lbs. Big George would look like a Teenager compared to Ngannou
Exactly! I said the same thing in my last video on Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou. AJ has to be on point throughout to get that win. one punch can change everything.
I always find it funny to watch American HW boxing videos. Fury shouldn't have beat Ngannou (it should have been a draw foe me). But let's not pretend that it wasn't the very worst Fury fighting the very best Ngannou. Joshua counters and counters normally with a hard hook - Probably the hardest punch Ngannou will have ever felt. He will not be able to get away with the things he did with Fury. His stamina is good, but after feeling real power I think we'll see Joshua prevail on a night that goes the full distance. Joshua will win and I think Joshua beats Fury. His only real hurdle is Usyk but as pretty much everyone has said if Joshua puts it on Usyk (instead of trying to outbox a master) and goes for the body in the mid rounds, he could KO him. I'm no AJ fan, but I do believe he will retain the belts before retiring.
How was it the best Francis when it was his first boxing match ever and first fight in 2 years and after a knee surgery? It was the worst version of ngannou
He got lucky against a poor, untrained Fury is what I meant. That will not happen against Joshua and he will be found out as yet another fighter Fury has fought and said amazing things about. He isn't a boxer, nor is he anything but big. Stamina was good but Fury didn't do much to take it out of him. This fight will either go all the way to a Joshua win, or Joshua will TKO him. @@thetraveler9

The heavyweight division is known for not being not that stacked. Look at heavyweight MMA. They're bringing back and ageing Stipe to give Bones his legacy fight while Tom Aspinall got the interim belt with first round finishes. The UFC's newest prospect for heavyweight? A late 30s former TKD champ.

To call this particular era the 'weakest' because a freakishly strong heavyweight from another sport did well against a poorly prepared Tyson Fury, is very naive in my opinion.
And let's not forget that most heavyweights from that era were juiced to the max...drug testing back then wasn't like it is now.
Ngannou learns fast: language, skills etc
Ngannou is hittable but so is AJ, difference is Ngannou has better chin & KO power.
I think Francis will break AJ and KO him
@@Gerolingerno chance.
AJ took his soul and knocked him into the shadow realm.

You clearly don't know how boxing works.
@@Antibot2025 Fury deserved point reductions for multiple fouls on Nganou
I have this serious inkling that this is the perfect fight for Ngannou, no disrespect to Joshua but for Ngannou to fight Fury first is very telling in the outcome of this fight with Joshua... something tells me an upset is most definitely on the cards.
I got Nganou by body shot tko.
Ngannou fights for Undisputed before the year's end.
Mark my words.
😊😊
@@Khattab9O Oh yes, I got WAY ahead of myself. Ngannou got destroyed by AJ.
Lets not forget Francis has the strongest punch ever thrown. You can plan all you want until thay chin is tested
Power not the same in a boxing glove ... Francis won't keep up with Joshua's pace and athletism. Both gentlemen and a credit to their sports. Good luck to both of them.
True
Joshua has that one punch ko power too and one of the hardest punchers too.
When aj handedly beat ngannu. Fury will be completely questioned especially about his resume. Parker just ran through wilder better than fury did. I got ruiz over wilder.
Aj haters this aged well now cry louder 😮😅😆🤣
It went the way it was supposed to go. A boxing novice (despite his impressive MMA achievements) against one of the worlds best boxers. AJ could have killed him. It would have been bad for boxing if AJ had lost though!
I can see AJ stopping Fury when they fight!
AJ might knock him down but Fury gets up..too much heart. He'd never spit out his mouthpiece and quit
Joshua has no chance.
AJ hit him so hard, Ngannou woke up in a hut in Cameroon
What a production! Thank you guys. You deserve anything, greetings from Cologne
Joshua needs Ali game strategy like Ali did with George Foreman.
AJ is not pillow fisted like Ali. Ali was Pillow fisted for a cruiser. AJ is heavy handed for a super heavyweight.
Francis, as great as he is , is no Big George at this point of his career
Impossible, Ali had a titanium skull. AJ has a glass head
@@jupitermoongauge4055yes you are right. Francis is no big George. He’s just taller, longer arms, stronger and outweighs the biggest version of George Foreman by 25 lbs. Big George would look like a Teenager compared to Ngannou
@@war9978 fair enough, what you're saying is true, although I was meaning boxing ability rather than size
!! Absolute Fantastic Production !!
That was intense! Thank you Motivedia!!
Fury didn’t perform well, I think AJ wins this entertaining fight.
This is a good match stylistically.
Exactly! I said the same thing in my last video on Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou. AJ has to be on point throughout to get that win. one punch can change everything.
Aj will win. Its all in his favour. Francis is just another business option.
Ya Fury said same.
Fury ain't AJ though, and it showed lol
Another great video🔥🔥🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
So happy for Ngannou for getting another great match-up.
As for AJ, it's a chance to get some of his hype back on track.

The clips they released of Mike coaching Nggannou are amazing. Nggannous abilitie to absorb n execute the concepts Mike threw at him is A1
Fantastic editing a great watch. More please
what a video mate - awesom edits and comentatory! thanks for free entertainment:)
I always find it funny to watch American HW boxing videos. Fury shouldn't have beat Ngannou (it should have been a draw foe me). But let's not pretend that it wasn't the very worst
Fury fighting the very best Ngannou.
I love both fighters but I hope Ngannou takes it home. The story will just be bigger and better. Hope Mike Tyson comes in to help him more as well

I don’t think fury will fight again after he loses to usyk. I’ve got
Anthony to beat Francis though.
Francis is the main character at this point
What's the name of the song?
I gotta give Hearn credit. He is selling the hell out of this fight.
This promo is amazing! Great work!
Francis was training for boxing before going mma, y’all should of seen him coming😊
👊🏽thank you!!! Someone who truly followed his story
He got spanked ha
Ngannou has nothing to lose if AJ wins, but AJ has much to lose if Ngannou wins.
They are both dangerous fighters. AJ is a natural boxer while Ngannou is a patient landmine waiting to touch you once and you're getting dropped.
Just becoz fury got controversial split decision win against Ngannou doesn't mean he's overrated or instantly become a bad boxer, where are the idiots who called themselves fury fans now... The fans who cheered Fury against Wilder are now betraying Fury just becoz of a one bad performance,it's amazing how people are easily manipulated and turn face against their hero these days,I'm a fury fan from day 1 and still am till this day, that's what true fan means,I am not a rat or a betrayer like these black hearted people,I will never betray my own hero
Wot is this🤔

I hate this fury was overweight and underprepared shit he wasn’t he legit fought wilder like this he just couldn’t bully Francis and fury def won on point he landed more but half of the punches he landed had no power behind them they were just taps Francis was actually hurting him when he landed so I say Francis should have won

Im so hyped for this fight.
will weight be a factor here as it seems to be with the fury vs ngannou fight?, yes we know AJ will not clinch as much as fury and make francis carry AJ’s weight like fury, but will the weight make any difference?, AJ’s heaviest weight is at 255lbs while ngannou’s last fight is at 272lbs
Now this is it.. this is whay we have all been waiting for.
Giving the fans the fight they really want..
This hear is going to be a golden year for heavyweight boxing.
I m with Ngannou. I would love to see him surprise the whole fight business community..
UNDERATED CHANNEL
Anthony Joshua made a big mistake! The most fatal mistake in his life! I hope Ngannou will be mersifull and won't kill Joshua. Anyway, my respect to Anthony Joshua. He seems a man with iron balls if decided to face with Francis!
No mistake on Joshua's part. The guy is a gentleman, respectful, athletic freak, olympic gold medalist, experienced and two time heavyweight champion of the world who is now maturing and still even not peaked. That's a dangerous man who wants to improve and be a better version of himself....he's not a loud mouth yob like Fury giving Francis no respect. Joshua's all business and will one step to much for Francis. Both are a credit to themselves and their sports.
I like how we finally have all this super fights in heavy weight, lots of stars who are top tier something that missed in the klitchko timeframe
This video is beautifully edited , I thought I should point that out
Francis Ngannou is strong but slower than AJ and that is how AJ wins...
When is the fight?
Thanks for makin more Francis videos 😊
Ngannou shocking boxing's heavyweight division was like Lessnar shocking UFC's heavyweight division.
It is interesting to see how Ngannou is already considered as one of the top guys in the heavyweight division after just one fight.
By fools.
AJ is gonna be too much skill and power, for Francis, big punch must connect for Francis to even have a chance...go AJ...😂
Freeze the frame at 11:00 and tell me I am not looking at an '800 pound gorilla' literally, this man is freakishly big and strong!
I was like hell nah two black men compared to a damn ape, but when i seen what you were talking about,I was like yeah you weren't lying about that.😂😂
Respect to AJ as a fighter but Ngannou is a straight warrior man he has something deep inside that will always get better
Joshua is the Jon Jones of Boxing. Now it's time for us to see what Jones vs Nanganou would of been.
AJ has disappointed on many occasions, all Ngannou need to do is set up a trap for AJ, hit him with a good combo and it's all Over
This was a very well made video
I’m going with Francis this time. He’s boxing skills are very underrated. His story is spectacular. He deserves to win.
AJ needs to win this one for boxing... otherwise our sport will be turned on its head 😅
