Dude, add forward flip to a kick off. This way you're actually a little faster and you're not wasting all of your boost. It can even compete with a speedflip if timed correctly. Also learn how to do a proper half flip for better rotations and start learning how to flyyy. I started learning directional air roll with losfleld method and I must stay, my understanding of car physics improved. Also I do stock training packs, and they help a lot. forward flipping is important for sure, but you forgot to mention that you don't want to flip forward to the ball, you want to "scratch" the ball with a side flip, this way you're going to win the 50:50. i.e. get on the left of the ball and time side flipping to the right. Learning directional air roll isn't necessary until like GC, you don't really have to learn how to fly much in 1v1 until high champ either
