Oh Retro. My heart broke. Not only was this the most disgusting box I've ever seen; it was the worst fake box I've ever seen. So sorry! GROSS!
I’ve opened 9th like this. I’ve sold some like this too. Had to make good on it as well. Packs looked perfect too.

This reminds me of a collection I bought…price was right even after what I’m about to tell you, but I bought a sports card collection because you could see a few 89 upperdeck baseball packs. But the box they were in looked dirty or something, and you could tell there were a lot of other wax packs. I assumed the other packs would be mostly junk, but it turned out there was like 75 packs that were either 89 upperdeck or 89 score Football (which run like $25 a pack!) here’s the kicker, those cards weren’t dirty, they were straight up in a fire. Packs were melted together, I was wiping ash off my fingers, etc. but I got the experience of opening all those packs for like $20 so I was still happy!
Sometimes it’s just about the rips rather than the value. We can always wash our hands 😊😊
The All New Canadian boxes can have numbered Colin’s as well. Just because you find him doesn’t mean it’ll be an error.

Not a big GPK collector like you but I would’ve been pissed about that box. I pause the video several times to look at the wrappers and they look like some 80’s Star Wars I picked up a few years ago. Searched for sure.

Its tough to buy expensive old school packs anymore because of resealing and the melted moldy gum issue. I dont think ill ever invest in OS1 packs for that reason.
100% agreed. You almost have to pay up to BBCE for the valuable packs nowadays

Nice pack opening! Was hoping that you would at least pull a no number semi colon. But as you opened and saw it was revealed, you were right that you were not gonna find 1. And it stinks that 80% of all those cards were just ruined! I guess at least you have an ok stack of 9th series, and maybe can make a set with some others you have...
Yeah hard to mix Canada cards and US and I definitely don’t have enough Canadian cards for a set. Probably just going to go be them all away bud. Let me know if you have any needs.

RH. As a guy that has pulled the error twice I can say this box has a few issues. 1. Wrong code on the back of the packs and box. 1. 100% resealed, there is NO difference between the US 9 and Canada as far as wax pack sealing. 3. Going thru the video you had wax on middle pack cards as well as gum stains. You got ripped off big guy. Sorry 😣

This was really painful to watch lol... but the positive side was that Semi Colin was numbered ( sigh of relief )
Was crazy how many packs had double cards? Getting the A and B in the same pack is normal but A A or B B right next to eachother, very suspicious
