Monish, IU understand your question, but it is not related to flexographic printing or this concept. However, from my understanding of offset, you must set the stripes of your form rollers onto the impression drum and then to the plate surface. Then, run paper through and increase packing until you get the desired result...I think
Thankyou for your reply. I actually figured out that the plate cylinder has a permanent packing which has a standard size. I contacted the maker and found the desired thickness which came out to be 0.4 mm.
If you are reading this. Please help me with calculating the packing thickness of plate cylinder(1st unit) in SORZ model heidelberg.
