good video i just finished my tb 143 bbk on my z125 and cant fine a good base map, the ones one the dynotech site are crap do you have a good base map i can use to tune my bike off of i have a pcv and autotune withaftermarket exhaust intake head cam thnks for the good video
Will the PCV & Autotune make any adjustments WHILE im riding? Or it doesnt adjust/change anything until i hit "APPLY" on the laptop. I ask cause you say the consumer doesnt have to mess with it if they dont want to
That's a totally legit question. The answer depends on your shop. Not all shops have welders. Many don't. To be honest, we highly recommend making your header yourself with a sharpie, so the sensor is welded exactly where YOU WANT IT. Then we'd recommend just removing the header and swinging by your local welder, or muffler shop. They can usually weld the bung for like $20-$25
i had to get an o2 bypass that plugs into where the harness plugs in . got it from kawasaki brad he has a web store 22dollars. if you dont use the bypass the old sensor still snifs the air and will give the ecu a false reading.
So the first install, i dont need to connect to the laptop till after i ride with the autotune, cause before the first ride there wont be any numbers to change to
What do you do with the old 02 sensor? leave it connected or take it off?

I have a stupid question. If i tell the shop that i needed a bung welded onto my exhuast would they take care of making the hole too?

What do you do with the stock o2 sensor harness on the bike? Do you leave it unplugged?

Depends on who you bought the PCV and Autotune from and if they set it up before sending to you.
c0uchsl0uch no you have to connect to laptop after you installed it and turn it on !! The autotune setting turn on first the ride !!
autotune o2 sensors can plug in stock exhaust?
Looking forward to more videos on this
