Bro, here is some ideas to piss people off. But you will need 1 more rust account and second pc, notebook or some old potato is okay. 1. You build small garage next to the "target's" base, bring car in, sit in car, press horn key and jam it so car will honk non stop. It is pretty loud. 2. You build some kind of a base, 1 by 1 for example, put shop front and start clicking on it with hammer. it makes this annoying glass sound. maybe you can use some kind of clicker or just mouse macro to make it non stop. Until your second account makes noise, you can do your shenanigans from main acc. Hope you will do this in future videos
