Hi sir I have an early bay window bus I installed my custom air ride however it affected the castor front wheel angle which makes it hard to control over 60km per hour the bus is all over the road 📐 .I need to bring the castor back to about 4degrees as now it's negative any advice on how I can do it ? Will the castor being negative make the bus hard to control ?
Hi. If you adjustable caster nut will not take it, the only way to get it back is to move the beam itself. This will take some work to do, as you have to make you mounting holes bigger to move your beam. If you don’t have one with that adjustability
You speak very good English, and explain this very well.
Very informative your explanations in detail give me lot to think about when I do it great video danke schön
I would like to know more about the sway bar fit
I haven’t been able to find anyone who has set it up like you did
What do you need to know ?
Is it the original sway bar? I would imagine it needs to be narrowed as well? Or did you purchase another one?
@@mccoysmakingmemories that need to narrowed to.
What size were those Porsche Rims? 17's or 18's. Great video, learned a lot again.
17”. Narrowed a bit
Very nice video, good explanation! Can I ask you how much you narrowed this beam? Thanks!
@@thomdruijts6892 thanks 🙏. It’s 3.5” narrowed
Thanks! If I narrow 3,5” there is no modification needed to the fixation of the shocks? From what brand is your front beam?
@@thomdruijts6892 nope. It should fit perfectly. I made this beam myself
@ do you sell these beams also? I’m not experienced well in cutting and welding my beam and springplates…
I prefer buying a complete one.
@ I did once. But I don’t have anymore left 😝
Hey! Have any experience with thicker trackbars for a t2? Ive seen them for sale. Yellowish in color with pu bushings. Do they improve drivability?

Tires on the video are 195/40/17 and 205/40/17 but now I change to 185/35/17 and 215/40/17
What prompted you to change the size of your tires?

Nooice? 😎 STOC
What sway bar is that? Is it narrowed 8cm or 11cm?
Original narrowed 8cm
fyi vintage autohaus (french slammer) make a -8cm and a -11cm narrowed sway bar.
@@SPRasmussen did you just remove the ends? Is there room to remove 11cms?
Also what et are those wheels?
@@kevinhape8584 I took 8cm out of the center of the sway bar. And you can just take out 3 more. No problem. The ET on the wheels is 45
Oh so you cut it down and welded it back together?
