I felt so bad for Jojo when she was crying, she really was right, there. She was only young, and she did a fantastic job.
‘There’s only so much I can do’ the way she said that made me sad 🥺 But it’s true, you shouldn’t push yourself so hard you can either get injured or worked up and stressed
The judges feedback were true, but man was that brutal to watch.

Vivian Wang I do dance and grandmother is like that, Well like it’s a lot plus I don’t think Joslyn’s ever done a dance or a dance lesson in her whole life so she needs to stop talking I don’t care if she’s her mom.
Groove Town same my mom once came into the room and tried to correct me by physically moving me around and she was being over critical. It’s not like I didn’t have a teacher smh so i felt overwhelmed and I cried and then she got mad at me and left me alone with my teacher to finish my class

Groove Town jessalyn is a dance teacher and owns a dance studio so I do think she knows what she is talking about but it that doesn’t make it okay to say it like that.

Jojo crying seriously broke my heart, poor kid. And usually Jessalyn is the most supportive mum and I get that Jojo had to work on her technique but I still feel bad. And then the judges critiques were just brutal for both girls, I don’t think Abby should’ve compared Kalani to Jojo in a way that makes Jojo look bad

I can literally relate to this because like I’m a dancer myself and pressuring your kid wouldn’t get your kid anywhere and the judges are basically like how much you do is never gonna be enough for them I try my best to impress them every time but every time they bring up something that hurts my feelings or something but I don’t let that get to me and just keep Knowing it’s really hard I know just do your best and we’re all supporting you
This is so sad. Those poor kids trying to impress adults when they should be being kids. They have the rest of their lives to stress out.

Straight up. Jojo deserved better. Nobody in “Dance moms” actually worked with her. It’s so clear how much pressure they put on young child stars and even though I’d love too see her still performing, I’m proud that she was able too grow out of her dancing career and become the best version of herself 💛

As much as we all hate bad feedback, the judges were brutally honest. I don’t think it’s bad tell someone to work on something. It builds up more strength for these dancers and the feedback makes them work harder and become very good dancers. I don’t have a problem with the feedback in my opinion
I feel like it's the fact that the judges are forgetting that jojo and kalani were still very young. They're not going to be a professional level dancer at like 13 years old. I get that they had good intentions, but idk why most dance judges and abby expect so much from children.
