Thank U Angel, I am craving this delicious Taiwanese JI PAI.. At last I finally found the similar one. Thank you for sharing.. Cant wait to cook mine😍😇🙏
Mmm, Taiwanese fried chicken (台式雞排), that’s one of the street food my entire family love to have in the night market (夜市). Besides that, I also like to eat Taiwanese sausage (台式香腸), shaved ice, beef noodles (牛肉麵) and minced pork rice (魯肉飯), they are signature Taiwanese foods, too.
Looks awesome .. btw it's seems like you need to clean your hood filter they look oily you need to do that every 2 week depend on how often you cook . Otherwise the motor get clogged and you need to buy a new one
Looks pretty good. You should have done the size comparison that it's the size of a person's head :P btw yeah it sounds like your kitchen hood is going
@blahblah8968 why not.? S hnitzel is a thin slice of meat, rounded to tenderize, breaded and fried.. you can call it breaded and fried meat of any country's moniker, it's essentially the same. Every country has a version of this, with just different protein, and different dredging . If fact, she deviated from the standard rules of breading, i.e., dry, wet, dry, fry....to just wet and dry to fry..
Your videos are super popular right now in our household. I guess the novelty of the music has worn off for me, I’m tired of hearing the tunes in the background from the kitchen as the fam watches. Listening from a distance I can definitely say it takes away from your narration.. You do a great job working in the music, the transitions, the volume cuts during the voiceovers… but overall; I’d recommend lowering the volume of the music tracks just a little bit more. Excellent camera work and perfect white balance!
This is really a popular street food in Taiwan! I always use Taiwanese pepper Salt (胡椒鹽) in the end. yum.
My favorite while in china

Looks really good, Angel. But I'm not a fan of the music. Would you consider leaving it off in future videos? Just a suggestion, of course.
So, it's a Schnitzel with different flavor profile.
