I use thick foaminess paired with thinner sheet and the buckram goes between the layers so there isn't huge dip to the eye mesh. Looks way nicer and makes the eye sturdier at the same time.

Maxx Gren that's why you get 4mm or 6mm foamies. I use hard foam for the backing of the eye and the foam for the walls. they shouldn't cave in unless someone repeatedly stomps on the head or if the eyes are too big for the cut out socket.

I just use a piece of mesh and hot glue it on the fursuit from the inside then paint the design from the front.

Downcast Skies 2D eyes are usually installed after the fur is glued but 3D is installed before gluing the fur.

Soul Paw flat bucket heads dont work and make the head larger and more disfigured than it should be.

cut darts in the top so it has the appearance of spiked teeth. you should then be able to bend the "teeth" in in a rounded formation.

Really its trial and error until you get a nice shape that fits in the head well and look aesthetically pleasing.
