- ** Wrong note played at 00:26 and 02:26 intentionally to prove this is a cover (Some people might complain the main riff being sampled from the original :) ) ** Covering one of the greatest synthpop songs ever. It is said the main lead was made with a Yamaha DX synth layered with some other (Roland Juno 60 probably). I realized that the DX7 IIFD alone does the job.

Yamaha DX7 IIFD (Not a preset. It is an edited sound)
Roland JX-8P
Roland JP-8000
Backtrack recorded on Pro Tools, using Yamaha DX7 /DX7 IIFD massively (Bass 1 preset across the song).

Gracias, Minigrok. No incluyo nunca en detalle los settings de los sonidos que hago (salvo a veces en directos). De todas formas, los parámetros para un sonido FM en un DX7 son muchos. No cabrían en un comentario :)

I think it was mentioned here in Spanish, but the riff is DX7 and Juno 60 together. It is now played live by a Juno 106 alone...Still.....

I have a serious question I'm used to two keyboard having to set up memory points to get same results as you do can I ask the set up equipment as never tries using three one song
Hi Stacey. I think I didn't get the question exactly. When you say you set memory points, do you mean keyboard split points?.
Yeah split points to get mores sounds like from echo voices to another I'm not good explaining technical terms in messages sorry if confusing I'm a computer engineer played guitar dance 14 keyboard I play by seeing or hearing
Oh and should say sorry I'm using my partners u tube I'm Colin Anderson she let's me use this so less passwords for me to remember
@@staceycaldwell5959 No prob, Colin. in this case, I used two fixed voices on those left synths, and different voices on the DX7 (right), using memory switches from time to time. Anyway, In case you might need to allocate different sounds on a splitted keyboard you can go for a synth with split capabilities or a Sampler, where you can allocate any sound from any source or synth on any key allocation.

Hello!: I am sorry, but I don't share or sell my sounds. It took me a lot of time for getting them programmed.
It was never used on a DX7 it was a Roland Juno 106 DX7 was for the bass line not the riff
main riff was juno 60 NOT 106
