Pastor Anthony, you said in your first debate with Sean Griffin that you’d love to debate him on the canon of scripture and he responded “any day”. Later on in the debate he said he might have to have a whole other debate with you on your Christophany “nonsense”. Would you be willing to have two more debates with him? I cannot tell you what a blessing the first two were to me. I learned so much from you. I’ve got family that was greatly influenced by Konman in Seantext and it really helped me learn the scriptures to use to be able to respond to them. Thank you so much for all you do! God bless you!
Hey Anthony, thanks so much as always. At the end you asked for some suggestions for your upcoming livestream: maybe a discussion on extra-biblical evidence for Christianity? Like Pilate’s letter to Caesar, Jewish writings about the disciples taking Jesus’s body, thereby verifying the empty tomb, Josephus writings (if he said anything relevant, I’m not sure) Anyways, just an idea. God bless you, sir, and thanks again for all you do for us
Hi Anthony, I caught the last part of your video the night you were streaming. Breakfastgun suggested that I watch it from the beginning which I just did. You have always been a great teacher of scripture. You truly are a blessing to me, each and every time. God bless you and your family.
Thank you so much for teaching, Bro Anthony. I listen while I'm working, but I might have to listen again and take notes. I do love the teaching on the Psalter. These concepts of how to understand it are fairly new to me ( I found your channel about 4 years ago, and I also listen to Dr. Postel & Co. on One for Israel). I have learned to see more connections in Scripture because of your teaching. Not knowing the original languages, I can't be as sure of them as you are, but I delight in them anyway. (E.g., phrases in Matthew 2 that crop up again toward the end of the book [21:10 Jerusalem moved, asking about the king; 27:11 King of the Jews; 28:5-8 seek, go, not here, going before, there you will see him, bring word, great joy] Also, a night of watching Ex 12:42 cf Jesus in Gethsemane..... Greetings from out West. Vivian
Thank you for the education Pastor Rogers. I particularly agree 100% with your observation @1:16:00 "...you need to be humble..." when reading the Scripture. It is deep with meaning that cannot be grasped without serious contemplation and the help of The Holy Spirit of Truth - from Whom all proper comprehension comes. To that end I would ask - Is there a "best" (if there is such a thing) translation for the Hebrew word "Israel" - as it was given to Jacob by The Angel of the Lord? I have seen "Wrestles with God" and "Struggles with God" and even "Prince of God", though the last may have come much later in interpretations. I wish to adhere to your comment and not jump to conclusions.
Rev. Anthony Rogers, in light of whqt you taught about the secret place. What is your understanding of this passage? He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. Psalm 18 : 11
Anthony, the trick is to create multiple emails for different purposes. At least one email should be be reserved for those "news letters" or anything else that might send you junk mail. It is very easy to manage multiple email addresses in one app on your phone or if you use you computer, Microsoft Outlook or some other email application. I have an email that's probably 25 years old and I get very little spam on it.
Rev. @Anthony Rogers, when it says in this Psalm 91, the shelter or the secret place, I come from a circle of Christians that use the phrase secret place to refer to intimate conversations with God. Can this idea be used of the Messiah/Jesus?
Why were early church fathers didnt believe the eternity of fatherhood and sonhood. When the creation happen God spoke, thus word who is within the God proceeded (causing the begotting) the Father and Son ships arise?
Can anyone here recommend a trustworthy English translation of the Targums ? Great stuff Brother Anthony !! I can't get the live streams at the moment but I never miss a video !!
Great to hear you are able to benefit from the videos even if you can’t catch them live. You can find some Targums online here: targum.info/targumic-texts/
Going with your translation "Because *thou*, Jehovah, my refuge, have made the Most High, thy dwelling-place," (or LXX "my hope" what would be the sense of the Messiah being the refuge of the Father? YOu didn't comment on this at all Might it mean "My refuge that I have supplied for humanity"? Does that work?
It was a great teaching, however i would encourage everybody to analyse criticaly everything a person says. Even tho Anthony is a great teacher of the word of God here is where i think he is wrong: At the end of the stream he said he is taking his coffee with almond milk but here is what the oxford laguages dictionary have to say: Milk - an opaque white fluid rich in fat and protein, secreted by female mammals for the nourishment of their young. Since almonds aren't mammals, the white liquid he is putting in his coffee can't be milk. I hope i made at least one person laugh. Have a good day and may the Lord bless you all.
It was so cool to meet you Anthony. God bless your ministry
May the Lord bless you as well.
One of my favorite streams of this year! Thank you Rev. Anthony Rogers

I wish I had caught this live
Anthony , you need a T-shirt that reads “but before I do that…”
Lol!

Ger de Koning in his "Kingcomments" for Psalm 91:9-13 "Protection of the Messiah" is in agreement with what Anthony presented.
God bless you, brother Anthony ✝️👑🪨🙏❤️
Thank you Rev. Anthony Rogers, this was such a blessing.
I'm happy to hear that it was a blessing to you. May the name of the Lord be praised.

I really love this teaching. I'm gonna have to listen again and jot some notes. Thank you Anthony Rogers...I love to hear you teach.
My joy is to see Christ discussed every where in scripture, thanks brother
Great about Chris
Hats off to Chris Lasala to have the courage to accept he "lost" a debate...well, technically he won it as he found truth!
Well put. What he won he cannot even begin to calculate his wealth.
Rev. Anthony Rogers, I'm going to trim out your into music for my alarm. What better way to wake up, than to listen to Christ's divinity!
Nice... but I hope you don't go off the music when you associate it with having to get out of bed
@@ProfYaffleI can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Love it

I’m sorry to have missed you at speakers corner. Were you referring to Sam early in the video?
Anthony. Most spam email has an "unsubscribe" option. Usually in small writing at the bottom. Might help
I love the intro music! Where is it from?
What is the question about 2 Samuel 23 in reference to? What position does Anthony take on that passage?
Hi Anthony.
What's the name of the intro song ?
Thanks!
"I just couldn't pass." Obviously spoken by the Balrog. 😂
Why were early church fathers didnt believe the eternity of fatherhood and sonhood.

Per his translation-Jehovah refers to the Messiah, and it is Jehovah/Messiah who makes the Most High His refuge.
