We looked at the pallazzio model in esplanade and they were charging 1 million for these homes when in 2018 they were 500k 🤦🏾

Love TM but wish they were transparent with pricing. There is no way to configure these models near the 'starting price '

Yeah those prices no way reflect what those homes would cost with those pools.
