Here's one of my 2018 bike highlights even though it doesn't really make any sense on the road ;)
My long-time subscribers might remember the Triumph Daytona RAW I made on this very same road. When you compare it with this one here it pretty much perfectly shows how my riding style since my accident has changed ;)

Michael Kastner I feel most want a triple or an I4, I don’t feel the V4 is as popular still! I love V4’s and most certainly don’t wanna go back! I have a 99’ Magna and it makes power everywhere with that V4! I can’t wait until I can afford an Aprilia 16’ RSV4! I love V4’s made by anyone! Especially Honda, if Honda made a CBR V4 I’d do anything for it! Their heritage lies in V4 but they keep putting stupid I4’s for their street models!
not only do they sound good but they are the most stable and balanced engines on bikes

He was probably referring to the rider slowing down passing the rest spot, instead of flying past with blazing engine, in order to not disturb others.

man sollte auf def Strasse gefühlt nie schnell fahren, sondern sich hauptsächlich auf ne gute Kurvenlinie konzentrieren, wenn man dann im flow ist kommt speed von selbst. Ich selbst bin extremst pingelich was kurvenlinie angeht( Polizeikurvenlinie à la Varahannes) und diese klinische Ausführung ermöglicht es einem mit der Zeit schnell zu fahren ohne es wirklich als solches zu empfinden, Am Anfang des videos siehst du wie Schaaf locker in der Kurve winkt, warum? Wril er locker und entspannt ist. Dies ermöglicht es ihm bei diesem in dem Moment für ihn normales Tempo locker den Lenker loszulassen und zu Grüssen, gleich ist es mit einem Ausweich Manöver in der Kurve. Geht nur wenn es locker von der Sache geht. Also stay calm, stay relaxed, stay fast and safe ?
Ich hab letztes Wochenende ne Ducati Supersport S probiert.. auf meiner Hausstrecke mit teils wirklich schlechtem Teer (durchaus mit einem besseren Feldweg gleichzusetzen) ein wunderschön zu fahrendes Moped.. ich habs ruhig angegangen, war ja auch nicht meine. Und hernach war ich so viel schneller unterwegs als mit meiner Tiger 800 XCX.. ich hab auch dauernd grinsen müssen und ab und zu gelacht, wenns wieder so schön rumgeblubbert hat :D. Ich meine es ist klar, das man mit dem Ding schneller sein kann, aber nicht nach knapp 10km Eingewöhnungsphase.. die Tiger hat 15.000km *g*
Die Position war auch nur anfangs stark ungewohnt, ging dann.

I think you uploaded one of the best existing video of a 1000cc bike onboard on road.
All the other stuff is track riding (good stuff but kinda different), highway/top speed shit and decent onboards on decent roads but with lower sound or video quality.
Not the absolute best because there are some guys like motobasterds that make good videos too

I was miles away from dragging knee even. Dragging anything is exactly the kind of riding which has to be kept away from a public road.

that's my dream bike man, I got my first 125cc and fell in love with motorcycles. Soon I will do my final exam to get my license
just take your time and one day you'll be experienced enough to enjoy a 1000
dude it's all about having fun. Stay safe out there. And really just take it easy. Chances are in the end, you don't need a bike with more than 50 hp. The most fun I had on a bike was a 200cc one with 18 hp.

"take it easy", then goes at faster than old school Schaaf pace :D Yup, superbikes are that crazy, that road being very sweeper intensive is also very well suited to a superbike. And yes that was taking it easy on a superbike. I test rode a GSX-R1000R and had the same feeling, the performance is completely unusable outside of a track, but the handling is so good you feel like a god riding it.

Und so sieht das aus, wenn ein schneller Fahrer auf einer schnellen Maschine gemütlich auf einem Sonntag tourt. Sehr schön gefahren, super lässig ohne Anstrengung. So muss das! Wobei ich ja die Videos mit den Hubraum und Leistungsschwächeren Motorrädern viel unterhaltsamer und schöner finde. Es liegt halt zu über 80% am Fahrer wie zügig sich ein Motorrad bewegen lässt. Klasse Video
