Dug over a dozen 1935 Coors beer cans in primo condition last year. Went home did the research had to drive the next day 2 and 1/2 hours to redig them when I found out what they were worth!
I like your videos. Most of all you seam like a nice guy and a good dad and husband. Creating some good memories and enjoying nature with your family. Good for you man!
Great finds. Get some Oxalic Acid and you can clean those up really nice. You will be amazed at the detail that will come out. That would make a great follow up video.
Okay Brandon, I am officially sold. Bought the book, spent the last month researching and bit the bullet and bought my detector. Super excited and can’t wait to get my family involved. Thank you for your videos and the inspiration. I’m now researching some tools of the trade and hoping you (or your book) will point me in the right direction. I love and appreciate your videos! Keep getting out and having fun!
Finally found you. You were one of my favorites in the videos from England that Kurt of The Hoover Boys posted! I am subscribed and clicked "all" notifications! Keep up the awesome videos!
Thank you so much...love your videos. Warmed my heart on this cold snowy Nebraska day. Still hanging in there on day number god knows what of this quarantine. You and the fam stay safe.
Brandon, I *also* didn’t know that cone-top beer cans were a thing, when I first found some about five years ago, in a bottle (and can) dump on a friend’s farm. I figured the person who used that dump must have been a mechanic. Then I found out about old beer cans, and now I figure the guy drank a LOT! Most of the cans are just rusty and crusty; I think I found one Anheuser-Busch with some readable label left. I tried to clean it...if I’m not mistaken, I tried using Vapo-Rust. My brother said it wouldn’t remove paint, but it does remove labels...the label just slid right off the can. So do not use that! I had fun watching!
Man this reminds me of the Silver Valley area up the Coeur d’Alene River. Lotta old stuff and some quite cool. Found an old Dandruff Miracle Cure square shaped bottle recently and some blue glass from the Spokane Bottling Company. Kinda fun. You guys have an obviously healthy family. it’s very refreshing man.
Cool adventure nice finds all that stuff history sure can tell you a lot I wonder how many were lead sealed back in the day I’m sure u will score big in time thank u

@@DrTones24k thanks for replying, I always knew you read each individual comment & why I've been a fan for years... wore out two dirt fishing hats I bought back in 2015 or so and want more so ya have any? Haha
As a can and bottle collector myself it hurts to see and hear him running that shovel in to the ground and hearing the crunching of all those's rare old cans and bottles.
Gary Green haha! Already up to nine now. I’ve noticed a HUGE increase in negative ratings and comments ever since I went away from my usual “find a coin” type videos. The second I add in my family, my humor or anything that breaks the original recipe, the trolls hike downstairs and start letting me have it. But you know what? I’m ok with that. Because I’m so much more than “a metal detecting guy”. I don’t mind sharing my whole self. If people don’t like me, they can go spread hate somewhere else. It makes me sad for them to be honest. I feel bad that they carry so much pain, that they have to share it with others.
Watched the whole video I don’t get why the thumbs down some people are just bell ends ,,,,I enjoyed it anyway mate and I just learnt what a church key was cool beans buddy

With all those cans there's got to be some coins out there somewhere
You would think! Maybe I'll find one out there next time?
Off topic question... Do ya miss your FJ? Love the vids!

Good thing you didn't start the place on fire. My neighbor got a $600.00 fine burning brush when it was windy like that and we live in the city.
You know he's a fireman right? I'm certain he took appropriate precautions.
@@TexasTimelapse What they said 👆🏻😂
I've seen some people clean those cans and actually show the paint underneath the rust....
Digging Canuck video to come 👍
