I like what is spoken here, like, the idea of a contrast between sections is definitively something to consider! If the music have a lot of notes with small values in section A, its good to use less notes, in a smaller range or maybe just increase the notes value in section B, these sections with less activity and more focus in a smaller range of notes may be the most memorable part of the music! At least that is how I think of it, thank you for providing such a helpful video! As a person studying to become a game music composer I am grateful!
