Don't even want to begin to know what it cost to heat / cool this place or the electric bill and property taxes well forget that, but the music is ok, I put on my best 1970's afro wig and danced anyways despite my thoughts on the bills. lol.

Plus he has a full-time staff that lives there and takes care of the place, and he doesn't live there anymore, he lives in Jupiter, Florida in his new massive house, plus he had another waterfront mansion in North Carolina. lol. So that's just 3 that I know of and if he pays the same kind of money every month and year taking care of them as he does the one, then he's paying around $400.000 a year in property taxes and around $36.000 a month in power bills. lol. So just taxes and power is costing him around $36.000 a month. and that doesn't even include the house payments, staff, and other upkeep. lol. But he is a billionaire now, so he can afford it.
