In this video called “Noah’s Family in Genesis 10-11,” Dawn discusses her process of studying the genealogy in these Bible chapters and how she solved her challenges. Doodling is a good and uncomplicated way for people with high anxiety, ADHD, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and other neurodivergent minds to keep their hands busy so they are better able to focus their mind. Dawn uses doodling to help focus on Bible study and scripture, but anyone can use it for any type of focus project and/or to get into a “FLOW” state, which is a calm and relaxed state of mind.
