  • Roasted Beans Salad
    ~Ingredients:
    ✓200g (cooked/canned)White Beans/Kidney Beans
    ✓ 1Avocado (chopped)
    ✓ 1 small Onion (chopped)
    ✓ 5-6 Cheery Tomatoes (sliced)
    ✓ 1 small cucumber(chopped)
    ✓ 2-3 Baby Carrots(chopped)
    ✓ 1 Tbsp Olive oil
    ✓ Salt, cumin powder(1/2 tsp) and crushed black pepper for seasoning beans
    ✓ Dry herbs or fresh coriander for garnishing
    For dressing:
    ✓1/2 Tsp Italian seasoning
    ✓ 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    ✓ 1 Tbsp Olive oil
    ✓ 1/4 Tsp Rock salt (sendha namak)
    ~ Note:
    * If using canned beans: First throughly wash under running water, strain excess water and then use.
    * If using uncooked beans: Soak for 5-6 hrs and then pressure cook with little salt.
    I used here canned beans.
    * Adjust the seasoning as per taste.
