    as someone who learn Japanese for some time, vocab is far more important than grammar. You can learn a language with out learning grammar but you can't learn it with out learning vocab.

    This just popped up in my recommended. Great video, I agree with 90% of your points. I'm currently learning Arabic for fun. I place less of my focus on grammar but from what I've seen it really depends on the situation and the language in question. What's worked for me is learning the basic grammar (present tense.. etc) and then coming back to it when I feel like it. Each approach has its merits. Keep it up!

    do u have any tips for getting into korean studies in sheffield ??

    • @Piinkx
      @Piinkx 2 года назад +1

      Not really, getting in to Sheffield is really about your grades and maybe, your personal statement. There’s not much else you can do except work hard to get the grades you need! I recommend taking an EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) to boost up your UCAS points so you have a higher chance of getting the grades! 💗

    Can you study in korea uni if you have b-tech?

    • @Piinkx
      @Piinkx 2 года назад +1

      You'd have to check with the specific uni you'd like to enter. The will have the grade requirements on their website I'm guessing.

    I know the drop out rate is high for Japanese because unis are not a good place to learn Japanese.

    talking doesn't really improves your language skills, only input does. Reading and podcast at just above your level is what you should do to improving language skills.

      No, everyone goes into the course from the beginning so no one really knows TOPIK level Korean
