Should a property developer register for CIS if using subcontractors to do the repair job in a property? ie, a developer buys a property and then makes some repairs or enhances the property and sells is back to make a profit. for the repairs & enhancement work, he uses the contractors or subcontractor. should he register for CIS or no?
