Well i would go for the long bows specially with the new season units being all ranged However the imperials are s tier in terms of fire rate and damage But as i said i would personally go for the longbows.
personally just focus on reapers and master MMA if ur new range is always bad and longbows are boring to use always outside the play and not getting ur hero involved but it depends on ur playstyle
