Your so right! Non couponers just don’t understand! Everyone in my small town know where to come when they want Chinese Raffle donation baskets though! No one is rolling their eyes or complaining then! I do extravagantly beautiful baskets for many causes from sick loved ones to raising enough money so a child can go to a once in a life opportunity dance competition out of the country! And when my community asks for 1 basket…. I give them 3!!!! I am able to do this because of couponing! It’s a win win for everyone!

Once the DG employee that checks you out sees this, if you haven’t put all of that item in your basket to buy, they will ( usually per store policy) remove, discard, or buy the balance of them. The ONLY exception is: another shopper is encouraged by you to buy some of these pennies at the same time, before the store can change the price, remove them, etc. YOU GO GIRL! Secondly it's honestly no one's business what you are doing with things you paid for... I don't care if I paid a 1 penny or $500 it's mine I bought and can do whatever I want with it. When someone asks me snarky questions, they get snarky answers... WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH 1000 OF THESE??? I usually tell them Im going to take it home and build a pyramid on a table and stare at it for hours because it brings me joy!!! 😂 I also get told at least 10X's a week I should donate to this place or that place. I do donate, help out family and friends, build gifts for teachers, coaches, daycares, nurses, nursing homes, schools, etc. But at the end of the day I have a stock pile so I can do those things but I'm not required to!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Rant over... 😂 Happy shopping everyone!!! 🎊🎊🎊

Yes, they don’t understand that if you don’t take it and it’s visible then the employees will go snatch it all and get rid of it. I’m so glad when Incan find the food and medicine like we just did. I have a local neighborhood food locker that I donate every week, even if I buy things I find at the grocery outlet. I do it for the kids since it’s hard for struggling parents. These people need to understand you don’t keep it all you share and give to your family too. Like others say, get your butt in there first then 😂.

My children and grandchildren will be here for Thanksgiving. They will go through what they can my "general store" and take what they need. Then tons will go to a homeless shelter that's in danger of closing down. Tons more to a nursing home for activity prizes and Christmas gifts. I will have my stock pile for myself and room t to go again.

My very close knit community neighbors know they can count on me for penny blessings not to mention my local food pantry which doesn't recieve much funding from anywhere. Oh I can't forget our local angel tree at Christmas too which blesses quite a few families! Keep on keeping on! Getem alllllllll.
