I just change my os to (windows 10 )to (ubuntu linux) and i forgot to backup my local disk D,E and F drive , so is there in any solution for me to recover my windows drive file in ubuntu linux? please tell if u know!
Hi, My laptop this morning when I started it, just showed me the following message: 1. The Toshiba Icon showed up(as normal) 2. Checking Media [fail] 3. No Bootable Device -- Please Restart System I then took out the internal drive, connected to another laptop in order to try to copy al of my data but I could not see any data, just the normal empty folders such as: Desktop, Downloads, Documents, Pictures etc. Can the laptop be fixed? If not, can the data be recovered? If so, how? Thank you
Hi, I have ans SSD mounted on an Open Media Volt NAS (EXT4 file system). I created two shares that pointed to two directories. When I deleted the shares I deleted by mistake the two folders (both summing up to ~500GB of data). Can I recover the folders and all the data (files organised in sub folders)? What do you suggest I do? Thanks.
You can scan your files with the free Hetman Partition Recovery software. It will show you the files it can find to recover. The preview window will show you whether your files are corrupted or not. If all is well, you will be able to log in and recover your files
