1. Rise of the comet Neowise C/2020 F3 behind the transmission tower on top of Geissberg, near Oberbözberg in canton Aargau, Switzerland. Camera was Nikon D850 with 300 mm 2.8 telephoto lens. 10 July 2020
2. Timelapse of comet C/2020 F3 Neowise in the night of 12/13 July 2020. Wide-angle shots with Nikon D3 and Nikkor 24-70mm 2.8G at 50 mm, f/2.8, maximum 10 seconds and ISO 6400 with 25 seconds interval, panning with Move-Shoot-Move. Day/night transitions controlled with qDslrDashboard on a Samsung Galaxy tab. Timelapse and ramping with LRTimelapse and Lightroom. Location was Bözberg in canton Aargau, Switzerland.
3. Shots with Nikon D850 and Nikkor 300mm 2.8D at f/2.8, 1 second exposure with ISO 12800 and 2 seconds interval, guided with a Vixen GP-DX mount and FS2. Night of 12/13 July 2020
4. Circa 100 exposures of 30s in the night of 20 July 2020. Sequence showing moving the comet and gas stream in the ion tail over a period of about one hour. Images aligned on stars. All images stacked aligned on comet: www.nies.ch/ga...
