- On February 5, Baltimore County detectives arrested and charged 28-year-old Quantze Davis. Davis was charged with several counts of first-degree rape, assault, and armed robbery in reference to this incident.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Detectives in Baltimore County are investigating after multiple people were robbed and then sexually assaulted.
It happened Thursday evening near the corner of Joppa Road and Allegheny Avenue.
Students, business owners and people like Damitra Bell who frequent this community are speaking out about this attack.
Bell is a business owner in the area. She, like many others, are hoping police get to the bottom of it so that it doesn’t happen again.
“It’s actually just very shocking because this is actually really secure area. It really just makes you want to be more attentive and it’s really scary,” Bell said.
This was the response from many people in the Towson Circle area after hearing several people had been robbed and then sexually assaulted.
“Never had any issues, never. It’s very peaceful, so yeah it’s shocking,” Bell said.
Bell said she had just left her establishment Thursday night around 10:00 p.m. An hour later police said several people were robbed and then sexually assaulted near the Towson Circle.
Towson University sent out a message to their students informing them of what happened. The advisory stated an unknown armed man robbed three people behind Towson Hot Bagels, before sexually assaulting them.
The advisory mentioned after the attack the man ran away from the area.
Bell like many others are hoping this doesn’t happen again.
“I hope this doesn’t deter residents and visitors and patrons to come to the Towson area because I think by in large Towson is still very safe, it’s a very quiet environment. I mean it definitely makes you wanna just keep an eye out for anything that looks strange or peculiar,” Bell said.
Since there's no description of the suspect given, and the reporters are of a certain ethnicity, it's safe to assume that the suspect is of the same ethnicity. These are the clues we get from the media. They're pretty consistent.

I’m sure you know the description of the suspect by now. The description of the victims won’t be revealed but you can bet it differs from that of the suspect, the reporter and the business owner.

Most of the reporters that I see is of so-called African descent, but none of them owns the media, so I don't get your point, cuz they are drones for another ethnicity.

If you know anything you are asked to contact police. I'm sure the victims know what the suspects look like, but no one ever gives out that information. Note to these reporters and so called news channels, a description of the suspects is probably the most important part of an investigation! Without it there are 330 million suspects!

The problem is when they find the guy they won’t do anything to him. Putting someone behind bars for a few months or a year does nothing. If you can’t act right in society then you don’t get to live in it. Preferably forever.
All of these Rs belong in a grave. Prosecutors and judges that keep letting them out deserve the same.

I’ve heard prison referred to as NU, (N***** University.). It’s not really a punishment for them. Free room & board, all the drugs they could want, and they network and learn new criminal skills.

This was a very bold crime. It's hard to control 3 people, even with a gun. And being so close to businesses and potential witnesses makes it even more daring.

That area is literally RIGHT in the middle of downtown Towson where all the bars are. Its not exactly a violent area but cops are ALWAYS there because of the amount of people walking to and from the bars. I dont get how multiple people were sexually assaulted there unless there were like forced to show their titties at gunpoint or something. idk

Other news sites are saying they were raped. 9 times out of ten the media will use the term “sexual assault”, they avoid using the word “rape”, which has a specific definition. So if they’re using it, that means something.
