something i love about these animations is how it shows the more "horrific" sides of nature without making the animals look bad. the sillyness of the animations makes it easier to accept lol! But it's great bc a lot people tend to judge animals based on human morals so when ppl find out abt some creepy fact about animals, some like to cause fear mongering or demonize the animal which can be dangerous for the species. Like how ppl try to give dolphins and ducks a bad rep.

The boredom part is extremelly funny. Because overcrowding and bad ventilation triggering cannibalism makes sense, the ducklings are competing for resources, space and oygen respectivelly, so it follows they'd reduce the number of ducklings near them. But boredom is just so random, can you imagine them being like "man, it has been a slow week. Guess it's time to eat my siblings"
