If there is no pain in God then what happened on the cross is meaningless. Did God feel the nails hammered into the wrists and feet and thorns on the head of Jesus?
The Son of God, the Second Person of the Trinity, who is God, Jesus Christ, felt the pain of those things and bore the wrath of the Father in His humanity. But in His divinity He cannot change or have emotions or hurt.
@@SlaveofChrist1with all due respect friend: the "2nd person of the trinity" is nobody; a false "god" referred to as "god the Son" invented by rome/tertullian by way of babylon/the planes of shinar. The Son of God is just that; the Son(male child) of God (God the Father; the only true God-John 17:3, who is the only Holy Spirit there is- John 4:24/ Lev 11:44) Yea the word of God doesn't say Christ is God but rather; God was IN Christ (2 Cor 5:19/ Luke 3:22). Take heed that no man deceive you. -Jesus Christ
