As a guy living with Aspergers, a mild form of autism, there are days for me that are so bad, I don't know what to do, but this song helps me realize that bad times are just time that are bad. This song basically tells you to keep fighting through bad times, and believe me, it helps. Especially because my gf just broke up with me 2 months ago, and I have been down in the dumps bcz of it, but this song has helped me realize to never give up on hope, and I will find love again someday. Take if from me, this song can really help you out if you're feeling down.

Those are words I live by every day. I see that to mean that no matter what kind of darkness comes at you, the light that is in your mind and your heart will guide you through it, strengthening your hope, and gives you the courage to fight the sadness, anger and depression that can come from anywhere!
