YES! Jackson and Aaron were always so good together, it took me so long to get over this. I love Robert, but he can't even compare, the writers were mad not to see that. Aaron's journey from angry at the world and himself, to him finally loving the man of his life. Seems crazy to throw all that way even after his death, Jackson should still be part of his life. Kind of like Paul on Eastender, you don't just get over this kind of love.
I think the reason he doesn't talk about Jackson is because he is traumatized and the aftermath was scaring they were good together in the beginning but it was never supposed to last as the actor who played jackson was only supposed to be on the show for a year so in the context of Aaron's whole storyline the self harming was something he did not need at all. And from what Danny Miller has said in an interview is that all the roads lead to Robert in Aaron's life, as he is passing the time waiting for Robert to be released from prison
This is all very 'nice', sugar-coated ... Aaron saying he can't have sex with anyone else. But it's a fantasy thought up by the producers and script-writers to make Aaron's character look wonderful in the eyes of the fans, and it's a very heterosexual fantasy. Aaron is an gay 18 year old man who is still working out his sexuality, with all the intense sex drive that 18 year old males have. In any reality they would be lining up for him in Bar West and hitting on him constantly, and he would have had several sexual encounters by now. I love Aaron's story and his relationship with Jackson has been intense, but let's get real!
Aaron loved Jackson. Random hook ups wouldn’t be satisfying enough for him as Jackson would be on his mind constantly. So it’s not completely unrealistic that Aaron wasn’t interested in other guys. He was also looking after Jackson a lot so that took up much of his time. He only went on with Flynn because Jackson forced him to.
@@startracker5895 Jackson didn't force him to do anything ... like any 18 year old who has just discovered a whole new world of sex, Aaron's hormones would have been raging! As I said, they would have been lining up to proposition Aaron in Bar West and the reality is that Aaron would have been very sexually frustrated. Cheers
@@startracker5895 actually Aaron told jackson that he liked Flynn, he is only stopping himself because he feels like he needs to be punished and is guilt-ridden for the accident. Besides Aaron lit up when Flynn called him like pearl said, makes it really obvious that Aaron liked him from the moment they met otherwise they wouldn't have exchanged numbers
