RFK Jr. here says that he supports free speech and yet he has also said that people that question the climate alarmist narrative should be jailed.

Mostly a good discussion. I appreciated RFK’s comments about free markets. Not sure how sincere he is. Could he be a bigger Rent Seeker? Use political connections and connected lawyers to attack an industry sector. Use money from political connections to be a first round funded in the market your political connections created. Use political connections to drive money into your business and punish your competitors. Nice gig, being a Kennedy. Listening to the Scion of America’s most powerful political family curse political connections is really rich.
But, cynicism aside, eliminate all subsidies and allow the electrons to flow from the cheapest and most reliable providers. While I agree with the externality problem, how is that calculated and who gets to choose that (...aaaand we’re back to RFK’s political influence).

Let's see. The military, the CIA, the Insurance industry...What a rogues gallery! There was never any bad weather before 400 ppm?

Wind and solar require 400x the land use of a natural gas, coal or and nuclear power plants

gas is finite. wind is not

@@denisdaly1708 reserves of gas look like there should be enough for at least 100 more years. We have time to develop nuclear in that time. Let's not deface our earth and add the vast amount of junk neccessary for wind power. Let's keep land use to s minimum for our energy

It seems Alex’s knowledge is threatening to his opponents. They all tend to use their high voice
