sorry for not answering before, in the case of COH (with mods) you can only rotate the construction according to the map, for example: you will install it near trees or buildings, then it does the automatic rotation, it is not possible for you to rotate unfortunately , I remember a mod that let it do but I don’t remember which one, I think the bulge battle, already in COH 2 you can do that.

you can see that I installed it near a tree, and that's where it rotates for me
