  • Mirrored Chicago Time-lapse taken in last few months with Canon 7D. 4K resolution processed and edited in Lightroom 5 and Sony Movie Studio 13. I used few different lenses for this project Canon 24-105 f4, Sigma 18-35 f1.8, Rokinon T&S 24 mm f3.5, Canon 10-22 f3.5. Over 11000 pictures used in this short project and 600 GB of data to process. Really long hours of rendering and editing in 4K resolution.

Stunning. I would love to know your render details? I use Movie Studio 13 and my renders look terrible!

+Ian Rushton Thank you. I appreciate it. Is there specific detail you would like to ask me about or just rendering?
I rendered as MP4 - Sony XAVC S - $K 3840x2160 Long-GOP 23.97p. Always customize template - Project - Video Rendering Quality - Best. This is very important to be checked because is set as "use project settings" and this not necessarily means best.

+PrimoMedia Thanks! Have just tried a quick render on a test clip... certainly a much bigger file. Now to upload and see what RUclips does to it!

+Ian Rushton Yes. I ran in to a problem when my file was terrible after uploading - compered to original. It seems to be an issue for a lot of people. I do not know exactly how they compress our work. Vimeo does the same thing.

+Fabio Palma There is no way to satisfy everyone. On the other hand it's for good. Keeps you improving and work harder.

+PrimoMedia Once I said, even Hitler had some negative feedback, despite his work in pushing himself....nevertheless, it's a nonsense put a negative thumb here. You can think about an higher or a less than higher feedback, but absolutely no way to say, it's a bad job. Go on.
