That slipper and pipe contraption is what the Blue Man Group excel at. Thanks a lot about the DIY didgeridoo and circular breathing, keep more of this coming 👌🏽👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Actually there is another interesting fact kind of related to didgeridoo play. People who can whistle really well and can replay any melody have to be able to whistle not just by blowing air outward, but by inhaling as well. Then they go back and forth like didgeridoo.
Really loved the positive emotions in this video. The insight into those techniques is amazing and is useful for a lot more than just doing music with PVC pipes. thank you for sharing it with the rest of the world! Wishing you good health and fortune!
It was fun working with Montry. Hes quite amazing and there was a lot of learning and fun that day. thanks for noticing and even more thanks for saying it
At a hardware store, Shopkeeper: So, you're a plumber. Shopper: No, I'm a musician. Shopkeeper: You know plumbing then. Shopper: Not really, no. I buy all these PVC pipes to build my musical instruments.
This was a very fun video! I'd love to do the extending tube thing with my students once we can finally go back to school. I'm an elementary music teacher out of Texas.
hey thats a nice thing to hear. maybe we can do a live project that time where i will show you how to take this thing to the next level by making the extender a foot operated one so that your hands are free (like a piano pedal)...and you can make music with it and show, because music part....:) im tone deaf....literally. Will try and learn some techniques from you in the same interaction.
new subscriber here. Both men are easy on the eyes as well. xoxo sending yall much love and positive vibes This is an amazing 👏video...Circular breathing wow
Thanks for subbing! Montry is amazing and i was a lot of fun having him in the studio. I learnt a lot, but since im musically challenged there is not much i can do with the learning..:)
I know some people love didgeridoo, which is fine. But then some didgeridooers really make a deal about it like it some “pure” instrument, or basically they aggrandize it. In reality you can make a didgeridoo sound with any pipe if the material is right. Plastic PVC works, any wood works, any hard cardboard pipe works. I literally tried doing it with any pipe I have ever had a chance to use. It’s difficult to call it a “real” instruments. It’s more like a noise maker. In any case it’s not a skill you need years to master. You can figure it out in a few days.

Can you do recycled/circular breathing? There's more to didgeridoo than just blowing through it and making noise lol
PVC pipe don’t work you can’t play it that way
Was having a hard time researching "Montry" - full name is:
