Jay, how can fog be on your list? It’s a natural occurrence. Prices are high in every tourist type area and crime is everywhere. SF is being very proactive in the downtown area this holiday season with police presence. It’s still a fun place to visit but no matter where you go, always be aware of your surroundings.
Thanks Jay. Been really looking forward to this one. We've been loving your SF series 👍 Thanks for always giving us great advice to help us on our journeys 😁
Great tips Jaycation! I love San Francisco & I hope more tourists visit in the future w/ all these smart info. 😊for a great experience! Value- added video!🥰
Thanks for the heads up Jaycation. San Francisco is a city I would love to visit some day. Like most major cities they have their problems. Have seen San Francisco in so many TV shows and movies. You mentioned the painted Ladies being famous due to "Full House" but they were famous long before that show. "Too Close for Comfort", "The Streets of San Francisco" starring a young actor named Michael Douglas were a couple of shows I watched as a kid and the Painted Ladies are featured. Just saw a couple of days ago a movie called "What's Up Doc?" starring Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neil that takes place in San Francisco. Funny movie. They go down Lombard. It's crazy.
Great video! By the way, a friend of mine did a livestream in San Francisco. He actually walked all the way across the Golden Gate Bridge, and I believe it was extremely foggy that day too. I don't know about you, but knowing how windy it is while walking across the Golden Gate Bridge, especially in the fog. Bundle up!
Wow! thanks I've heard of a few of them. When I traveled in the 1990's no problems, except the High prices. In 2008, no problems except 1 aggressive homeless man who threw little rocks at us, when we didn't give him money. I said You better that or I'll call the cops. He stopped. I do enjoy visiting Fisherman Wharf and Pier 39, once a bit of a tourist trap, and higher prices.
Awareness is good , I worked in SF for 20 years , and almost got ripped off some tool's in the back of the truck, But luckily I had written bad on tools that I had recently fixed. The Box was open and the electrical tools were near the back of truck. Still there, So write, fubar, bad, ooc, on the tools. Maybe they won't steal them.
do a free non trap vid. like free parking at chrissy field, palace of fine arts, food trucks at fort mason. when i visit sf i would always bring my bike and my friends bros cuz etc we would ride everywhere. and park at the free spots. the fort under the gg bridge is free and cool too. thumbs up and subd.
Lived here for 21 years. Such a mismanaged city turned into a shit hole (literally) 😂. I’d say avoid San Francisco until some real changes happen if you don’t know where to go you will end up in a bad spot. Stay safe!

When at the painted Ladies/Alamo square Park, just walk down the hill on Hayes Street into Hayes valley. Lots of things to do down that way.

Nice vid, I love SF! I have found the 'tourist traps" are really '"occupy your kids for 25.00 each"
Lol true story
We used to love shopping in Union Square. Best Old Navy.
Old Navy in the early 2000s was something else!
Very well done.
Thanks
hi may I know the best IG spot for the golden gate bridge? thanks
Search The Lone Sailor Statue
Or West Bluff Picnic Area
Also Baker Beach (be careful though)
Baker beach or golden gate park
Nice

Awareness is key!
The real clue that fake ticket was fake was that it was ONLY $60 🤣🤣

Have you ever fallen for any of the scams you list on these lists?
Madame tussauds lol

Stay away from ALL SEAFOOD near Pier 39
A true San Franciscan would know that Lombard is not the crookedest street in San Francisco! It's Vermont st on potrero Hill.
Go to Cafe Colma
