Dr. Vivek H. Murthy served as the 19th Surgeon General of the United States, appointed by President Barack Obama. As the Vice Admiral of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, he commanded a uniformed service of 6,600 public health officers globally. During his tenure, Dr. Murthy launched the TurnTheTide campaign, catalyzing a movement among health professionals to address the nation’s opioid crisis. He also issued the first Surgeon General’s Report on Alcohol, Drugs and Health, calling for expanded access to prevention and treatment and for recognizing addiction as a chronic illness, not a character flaw. An internal medicine physician and entrepreneur, Dr. Murthy has co-founded a number of organizations including VISIONS, an HIV/AIDS education program in India, and Swasthya, a community health partnership in rural India training women as health providers and educators. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard, and his M.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Yale.

The other day I was feeling lonely. I tried to contact 4 people that were online on Facebook but no one replied. I sent messages to 3 people on What's up and no one replied. I called two friends and just got voice mail. I realized that I know people, but I don't have friends.
As an introvert i can understand dattt!
Don’t give up! You are so valuable and you add something to this world that no one else does. I pray to God that your find deep connections with friends and family. It will happen.

Sharing and caring between two individuals without interference and drama by others.... Do you think its possible... Most important thing is privacy of two individuals to share their thoughts and needs...and what to hide each other to maintain love... But interference comes from different sides to create drama in relationship and telling them wat to hide by threatening them to lost trust each other and that causes unwanted dramas... Its not caring becz there is no sharing...and main reason there is no privacy...controlled by those who think they are powerfull...
We do evolve. Connecting farms food and community is essential.

Why does this thesis have so little views and likes? I personally liken it to a dr Martin Luther King speech. I feel a bit embarrassed to summarize such a great rhetoric as to get it wrong but perhaps it might invite more people to watch it. Based on his listening tour throughout the US he found that loneliness is at the core of a significant big portion of human ails. Inadequate skills and collective limits on the use of technology, exacerbates fear, consequently driving us away from love. Picture fear and love as a scale. The more we don't meaningfully connect the more we lose our social muscle mass. Social interactions become increasingly awkward, shameful. His call is to act in small services of love as to tilt the balance away from fear. He explains what love is by doing a little simple experiment which you'd have to see for yourself. It certainly had me. Now go and watch the nmad thing ✌️❤
I do think that love is the answer. But my Christianity tells me that Yahweh God Jesus Christ is Love. I will love the non-Christians, but ultimately it boils down to what you believe in.
