4:40 - 5:25 chills
the theme that sums up the tauren for me
agreed man this is the best part... the samurai are here...
04:40 First time i stepped into Thunderbluff and herd this music i started crying, those 46 seconds touched me.
this is the exact part i came here for.
A peaceful and powerful race loyal to nature
to me this is the sound of "I should be in bed but i'm still playing wow"
i should be working but I'm reading youtube comments
Oh that sweet sound
4:40 - 5:25 This part alone puts my anxiety in a suplex, gives me a back massage, pays my bills AND my sub, and cures my res sickness.
the epitome of comfy tauren hearth and home
@@ZugzugZugzugson when i hear that one i get filled with peacefulness and nostalgia, my main is of course a tauren :D
My favorite track of the entirety of the Horde starting areas. Durotar is a close 2nd
I came just to listen to it. But you Can hear a better version ar the beggining
This music is goated!!! Reminds me why i love this stupid game so much..
Back during Vanilla my computer couldn't handle turning the draw distance up enough to see Thunderbluff so I didn't know it existed for a while on my Tauren, and then one day I got close enough and it started appearing out of the clouds. Was absolutely magical. Took me a while longer to work up the courage to go and see what was actually up on top of the hill.
I drove through Wyoming from Nebraska then South through Western Colorado and I put this music on in my car. It really brought the land to life in a new way. It's almost like I could feel the energy and hear the stories of the prior inhabitants in the mystical landscape. I imagined two tribes meeting on top of one of the bluffs, trading wares with each other at what might be a seasonal gathering. No modern technology, very few people on the planet at all. A time when the world was young and full of magic.
I like big cow they go moooooo
Used the orb of translocation in Silvermoon City to get to Undercity, then the zeppelin to Orgrimmar then miles of walking in the Barrens to get flightpoints at the Crossroads and Camp Taurajo since there was no mounts for those below level 40 at the time, then finally reached Thunderbluff to learn Guns skill for Blood Elf hunter. Wildhammer 07'
Mazzy Seal Bronzebeard 07 here brother.

R.I.P Cairne Bloodhoof.
Im alive
What? He died?
@@rudy1999 he died in combat with garrosh.
In many hearts he never died
how can something dead die? 😄
It used to be such a joy to defend TB against raids before we could fly in Azeroth. A couple of well placed Boomkins could typhoon them right off the lifts. On the night before Cata dropped, we took screenshots with Cairne, kneeling before him in salute and tearful farewells right up till the servers went down. You are dearly missed, great Chieftain.
jokes on you typhoon was in warlords of draenor not classic
@@chosenchad1155 Jokes on you: It was first added in Wrath.

This take me back...
This takes me back to early mornings in 2007 when I'd wake up early before school, just to hop on my Tauren and browse the auction house, dreaming of looking as cool as those coveted items could make me. When I would see my fill of awesome items, I would go up the spiral stair and to Chief Cairne Bloodhoof, just listening to his specialized voice recording. I would thump about Thunderbluff until the very last minute when my mom would say it's time to go.
Ish-nae-halo-por-ah, thank you for the memories.
What is your problem? He just shared a memory and told what he liked about WoW? And you obviously have played WoW also, so you're nerd like rest of us. Deal with it :-D
This hits real close to home :(
How are doing today ?
That day... nearly 10 Years ago. That day, where i created my Druid, fought my way to the streets of Thunderbluff and after i saw the high moutians of this not conquerble Fotres i knew, this is my new home :)
To bad, now 10 years later i quit wow but if i look back to the old days, where i fought Rag with my Druid, i Fought Illidan, Arthas and Many many others i know to this point. World of Warcraft was one of the BEST games i've ever play. I still remember the day i brought the game and to this point in my live i regret not a single secound of the day where i brought it.
Todesmiracolix A beautiful story, thanks for sharing. My experiences are similar but for me it was a nightelf warrior nearly 10 years ago. =)
+Wowmusicable same
hang around, don't play for "endgame"
enjoy the world :)
I have noticed a lot of players love to bully upon one another now in WOW. "WHy is your DPS such CRAP? XD " Makes me sad :'( Every realm has turned upside down :'(
Todesmiracolix i feel you!! My first toon on WoW was also a Druid. I feel so nostalgic now!!
Season of Discovery has given me an appreciation of Thunderbluff, an amazing theme, amazing layout and a comfy look. Honestly wish this was THE hub.
Same here. Thx blizz for SoD. May I know which server do you play?
Shadowstrike horde here
Despite me being Alliance my favourite city is Thunder Bluff. It's so quiet and soothing.
Sorry guys, I just want to mark my very favourite moment of this soundtrack. Everytime I was coming to this city, I hoped fot his welcome music.. 4:38
Oh yes. Everytime I hear this part I regret not having played Horde from the start. This is reflecting the peace and underlying sadness of the Tauren so well. More love for Tauren!
You're making me cry 😰
A melhor de todas.
Best moment for me as well..
jenushka123 Yes.
5:00 OMG!!!! This part brings back so many nostalgic memories!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel so comfortable while hearing this
I love reading all the stories about the experiences you guys had with this game! Keep 'em coming! I just started listening to all those beautiful songs and it brings back all those great memories I have of me playing this game! I miss it so damn much and I feel privileged that I ever gotten the chance to play this game. WoW, I love(d) you!
Explore the memories no more! Log in now and smell the fresh pixel air!
I miss queueing at the battlemaster over and over.
It's such a small thing, but it was nice to get out of bg's with people in your bracket, then talk about things.
Thunder Bluff had such a calming atmosphere to it. Orgrimmar was the central hub of activity, with lots of players and action music. TB was the chill place where you went to do your stuff when you wanted to unwind.
the sun is setting, the stars are coming out, you sit out on the plains on a small hill under a tree, the wolves begin to howl and the last of the birds are chirping before going to bed, you can hear the drums and flutes of Blood Hoof Village, alive in celebration, there is dancing, and singing around the Great Fire, another successful Hunt, drinks are being passed out, stories are being told among old friends, the children are running here and there playing out the Hunt they just heard about,
the adults laughing at the children's antics, the elders still telling stories about that great beast that grows larger with every re-telling to those who will listen.
this is a scene i play in my head when stressed ill play this music it brings me to near zen its awesome.
Ish-ne-alo por-ah, may the Earthmother smile upon you.
Lok-Tar Ogar! For the Horde!
How can this music be so perfect? It feels ancient, wise, tribal, and peaceful, with a tiny hint of melancholy, just like the Taurens themselves. NE music also feels ancient & wise, but has a magical, mythical, and epic flavor instead.
Well said bro
Taurents were inspired by native americans trolls from africans and draenei from indians. Ill let you guess the others
lol, this music reminds me of new years of some year. Yep, was playing during new years eve :D
those were the times :)
Hits me hard. This game used to be my life, and Thunderbluff was my favorite city.
Ow, my nostalgia bone.
I love u
I remember making my first tauren Hunter 12 years ago, i were only 12 years at the time and completely new to MMORPG games. And i remember how i were running around with my tauren hunter, eager to explore mulgore with excitement, untill i saw a dead level 4 mob laying on the grassfield, I knew then that i was in deep water and actually got scared. haha... Or how confused i always got then my weapon always dissapeared from nowhere, I always had to make new characters, untill it happened again. Then i realised that you actually could repair your weapons... Memories
LOL
I remember when 11 yrs old me was confused by the weird levels systems in tb, but in the end it was my fav capital, the views from top, then open space god I miss those days when you could've jsut start conversation with anyone who was just passing by
This game was the best gaming experience i ever had. And the music is a great part of that. Though i loved Quake3 WoW Vanilla music gives me goosebombs every time.
People dont realise how great wow was back than. It came while 3d plateforme was new to us.
Thunder bluff...My favorite city of Azeroth. I also miss thousand needles and the barrens. Classic wow has the promise to bring them back- but I'll withhold judgement until I see it. Rest in peace with the ancestors, Cairne Bloodhoof. I'll see you again soon.
thunder bluff and old orgrimmar are my favorite cities in wow
On my warlock, I remember having being part of a spontaneous water walking party with shamans and such on that pond in the picture. I don't know what caused it, I was just chilling underwater with Unending Breath. They just came one by one and it happened and grew, it was crazy. I was invited to one of their guilds during that.
I remember starting my first horde character, a Blood Elf actually. Ended up in Thunder Bluff due to my wanderlust and did all the missions there even if they were way past behind my level - there was something special about that "town" and I went back there whenever I could. After battlegrounds, after arena, after raid. Always back to Thunder Bluff. Good times :)
I remember I just got the game for christmas....never played an mmo before, didnt know what to expect.....A couple days before new years I had just put my daughter down to sleep and logged in and thunderbluff had little christmas decorations and fireworks were going off......and I was just blown away that a video game could even know something like what time of year it was.....so amazing.....Ill always miss those moments =)
Reminds me of the days of playing on my Tauren Druid Ferka on the Shandris server with my brother around end of BC/Start of Wrath days, so what 2009 or so? Damn I know Thunder Bluff is empty compared to Org or UCity but this music twinges a special place in my childhood. My brother moved on to Call of Duty and FIFA and I miss the days fighting over who got to play WoW on our old ass desktop.
I took one last hit of WoW in Classic for a few months when it came out, but once my guild started going to shit I just didn't feel it anymore. But still love the music and use it to study for GREs now. If anyone actually reads this thanks for listening to my nostalgia.
This music describes Tauren so good ....
Words can't explain how much I miss Vanilla wow, It's just unbelieveable how they managed to fuck it so bad. Listening to this music is just plain awesome, and I get massive nostalgia overload! Not only here for the music, but reading all the comments about their first experience in wow. Thanks for making this channel bro, you really take me back in time! :-)
Listening to this in Thunderbluff before I log for what will probably be the last time. One of my all time favorite moments in thousands of hours of game play was just walking up to this place for the first time.
this was the first place we went, when we used to do (for the alliance) I remember thinking how cool it was knowing that there was a whole other faction with different quests/people and zones, wow is so cool, im glad I came back. im not ready to throw away the 350+ days of playing time just yet.
This and the OG Barrens soundtracks are the most nostalgic tracks for me. I may be Alliance now, but my very first character was a Tauren Hunter. I'll always be a Tauren at heart.
0:52 i cry :c
same ;( so many memories, so much nostalgia...
the memories, friends, guilds, exploring, getting ganked .
this is the game that raised me, it's my parent... to see ones parent turn into a horrid abomination is not a pleasant experience
***** Lol wow died long ago, WoD its only the last tit of a dead milking cow
Dead because it aint the game it was, that still making money out of a rat race to get max level its other thing and no i havents seen a good mmorpg since good al wow
MrUltrabanton
I'm playing ArcheAge now, it's got the same kind of wondrous feeling that you got when you first played WoW.
I'm not playing ArcheAge anymore, it was ruined by irresponsible publishers who didn't know what they were doing. Now i'm back to WoW but on Nostalrius! And it's 2006 all over again YAY!!!
"wow is dead"
I listen to this everytime I play wow now so I can listen to it in all the zones :)
I remember years ago making my first ever character - my tauren warrior and when reached TB (after a week of questing to get to lvl 10) i immediately fell in love with the music and the place . Now I always log out there and when I log in I feel wonderful about the game :)
*Peace, friend !*
My first character was a tauren so this is one of the firsts tracks I heard in the game.Aah,bring back so many memories.
Chilled so many hours here... Damn the feels :'(
+Ray The feels man with my orc hunter i had to go to thunder bluff to learn the gun skill to use guns on him walking through the barrens then to mulgore such a sight so many feels.
best zone music ever. duskwood coming in second.
I was an Orc Shaman and I started in Durotar, visiting Orgrimmar then. It was very cool, but Mulgore and Thunderbluff have a unique beauty! And the music contributes to that :)
Big cow go moooo
"Reject Orgrimmar, Embrace Thunder Bluff"
4.36- okay, done.
I have always held a great respect for the ways of the Earthmother.
Running from Orgrimmar to Thunderbluff is one of the most painful experiences i've ever had during my gaming career
Try running from the wetlands to iron forge as a level 10 nightelf
This was the first major city i ever entered, on my Tauren druid. God I miss that feeling of visiting new places and being in such awe of it all.
If thrall hadnt send me to mulgore, I would never have found out about this musical master piece. Well theres also camp taurajo and thousand needles, but this was magical back then.
The general drums in this music are insane man.
Thunder Bluff, I remeber coming here with my friends and we would hang out in the little pool of water before we made our way down to Darkmoon Faire!
I started WoW on a blood elf, me and my friend travelled to barrens, and when he logged off i went on a little adventure and found a lush green plain of land and i walked along the endless path antill I found thunder bluff and immediately it became my favourite city
I remember in classic going into the inns in TB would stop the music. When I was a kid I would refuse to enter the inns when the music was between 4:38 and 5:24. Even now that music gives me chills and makes me feel so happy and nostalgic. In the rare occasion I jump on classic now, I still wont walk through the inns during that part of the music.
Eversong woods is where little boys and girls grew up.
Mulgore is where true warriors of the horde rise up.
3:52 aaaghh childhood
Aw my nostalgia is so real I could eat it.
Walk with the Earthmother.
Its not boring at all , its so nice , certainly at night
At 4:45-5:22 Issa true theme tbh that part become a favorite to me gives me last of the Mohican vibes almost
5:00 this part 😍
I miss my friends I made in this game. Who can relate?
Favorite city music, fits TB very well
Awesome!! 4:40
The 4:40 kinda reminds me Torras Town Music from "Hype: The Time Quest" ^.^
One of the emptiest, but easily the best imo
Ah it makes me remember 2005 =') gosh I feel old.
FOR THE WARCHIEF AND THE TRIBES!He was such a GREAT MAN.
Best damn capital they ever made
empty?
not that you're wrong but its not empty its differ server to server understandably but thunderbluff is the most pop horde city after orgrimmar
***** Sm is way to crowded on moonguard XD
Yeah I almost never see anyone there though.
I think Thunderbluff has been a bit popular since cata, as you can use your flying mounts in the portal cave. Very good city for doing shits on AH in a peaceful atmosphere.
Such lovely music! I love the tauren.
i remember when i was a noob innocent kid visiting thunderbluff, and a guy started talking to me. he seemed nice and asked for gold so i gave him some. probably shouldn't have done that lol
Ah i remember getting here on my tauren druid for many years ago, so epic
Best Horde City.
4:40 is the epitome of human being
Nothing will in my life will be quite the escape from everyday bs like this game was , hell, is.
Now Thunderbluff will burn... 😿
Tauren, the only race from the horde that i respect.
right in the feels
holy fuck i miss pre bc this really brings back memories, levelin with freinds always lagging in org cant beat the original game
Peace friend
2:43 my favorite
Wow classic... I’m going home...
this will be my afk alt-tab location for wow Classic!
whatever happen to this place i remember when i created my first female tauren hunter i saw so many people at thunder bluff now when i come there its like an empty desert... :'(
Pinkamena Lover It was like an empty desert even in Vanilla. Orgrimmar has always been the major Horde city.
Pinkamena Lover It took awhile but Thunderbluff became my favorite city for many reasons.
+Pinkamena Lover When I played on Sen'jin it was actually decently populated
In Dalaran WoW (private server) it has a good population.
Good ol' Thunder Bluff
Everyone here's all over how great their newbie time was, how exploring was great.. and you lead them to a server who only has high-rate or instant 60 realms?.. :p
The only non-evil faction
It realy felt a shame that this place was not more populated. It was my favourite city. Beautiful music, not like orgrimmars senseless drumming. This is where I felt at home.
Я люблю когда в Громовом утёсе идёт дождь
The natives of America ! euh I mean Kalimdor...
The tauren could of joined the alliance
And now, Sylvanas will come. Thunder bluff will burn, just like Teldrassil
Best city music in Vanilla.
Do yall remember the long run from TB to Org!!?
I approve this

Un afectuoso saludo a mis hermanos los taurens... De un elfo nocturno. Apesar de que son hordas, son más alianza que otra cosa pues su gente son de las menos toxica xD. Tal vez la raza más guay de los hordas.
