When I got my first periods I was 13 years old. In the morning when I woke up and went bathroom for my daily morning routine I saw that I was bleeding and without any delay I told this to my mom. Then my mom told me every girl gets periods in every month.This is very normal thing. I told my mom that if I will take medicines then it's not going to bleed. Then my mom told me that no need to take medicines. You have to wear pads and change it in every 3-4 hours. So yeah that's my story. And lots of thanks to you ma'am. This is my second day of my periods and my first period has come on 23 june 2019 and at that time I don't know anything regarding periods and in my family everyone was thinking that it is too early for me and I got a pad from my mother which was really uncomfortable for me and I was feeling so much uncomfortable and on that day I have my play also but It was so uncomfortable for me to perform and I was literally crying but slowly and steadily I got to know about so many new things about periods and about so many myths and among all the myths 1 myth is followed in my house too which is that it is not allowed to go temple during periods which makes me feel so much alienated but thankfully only this myth not more than that 😊 I got to know about so many new products about periods from your channel

Unfortunately I'm familiar of these kind of myths still taught me at my home...I live in a joint family and whenever I got my periods every month...it's so difficult to deal with my family, every member of my family behaves like it's impure and it's dirty, even my grandmother always told me that I have committed a sin that's why I got periods and the fact is my grandmother is literate and educated, still she behave like that😖...I'm just tired of the sick mentality about periods that my family have 😣

It is made by hindus which is not apreciable at all because we worship goddesses in temples who are also girls and they also have periods so how can it be in relevent that is why our teacher - guru nanak dev ji told that these myths are false and allowed every women to visit gurdwara sahib even in thier periods that is the uniqueness in our religion and i am really happy for belonging to such religion in which we are not restricted to do any thing related to worship 🙏🙏🙏
