They do, you can see the gear you are in on the dash in the right corner.

This is where you're wrong.. duster is only used in Russia, there is no connection to it elsewhere on the planet. Materials are totally different :)Same looking on the outside, totally different on the inside
Duster and Arkana share only some engines, everything else is different. You're just ignorant...
